    I am surprised by the color of the Salmon’s meat. It is common belief that it is dyed to appear orange/red to be more attractive since it is supposedly grey by default. But this proves it false! I guess this must be a high quality salmon and also guess that they still do dye them a bit more depending on where it is sent to.

    Thank you!!! Great video!!! I used an immersion blender and it mulched everything up pretty quick and less clean up. I also added the stalks to steep in the resulting water... Stalks have so much scent... just smell your fingers after crushing them.. Intense tomato! I am going to try a cold press version of this to see if there is a difference to the flavour. BTW.. Loved the caprese Salad idea.. For those looking it is mislabeled as "Mozzarella and Tomato Basil Salad Canapés".
