This is a channel for all the guitarists out there, where I intend to share some special and, usually simple, tricks and tips that can have a huge impact on your playing and perspective.
After 30 years of playing guitar, both live and in the studio, I felt obliged to share with all the guitarists out there those things that changed my life, and hopefully can change yours too.

All I gotta say is thanks, man. Killer playing and passion for it. And damn bud, you know your amps🤘
Super funky intro.....wow!
Wow, nice mic comparison. I was expecting to love the Amethyst mic more since I own one and love it, but I was really impressed with the v47 and how it seemed to roll off the harsh frequencies. And the Glyn Johns set up with the 2 mics sounded incredible. Great video!
The v47 is a great mic
...your mics are shivering... 😀
Ah ah
YEAH! JZ rocks! 😀
I love it
9s on a Jazzmaster is a crime. Gotta get thicker strings on that scale length! This video will sell Fender Ultras for sure, good stuff
I use 10s
30, all day, no question -superb - answered my question,so thank you.
Mesa sounds the best
🙏🙏
Good stuff budda
👌👌
I think you're better off with an external cabinet, the MDF used for this amp cabinet is really soft, it swallows speakers. A new plywood baffle would help a lot if you wanted to do a permanent combo swap. The mdf baffle is pretty bad
Thanks for the tip
Have you played a Vibe Bro? Have you compared it to the original? That would be a great video. I don't see any comparing the new Shin-Ei with the original. They both cost a small fortune.
I haven’t!! This was all the vibes I had with me during the making of this video
It has the plastic on switches. Late 70's or reissue?
Late 70’s
The Greenback is an awesome speaker but the Blue is exactly the way a VOX amp should sound
Eh! Eh!
I use the Mystic Edge as my amp since my AC10 died. Also tried the Iridium but liked the Vox more once I figured out how to tame the brightness
Great to know
Nice video brother! Glad I came across it looking for info to run my two pros in stereo
🤘🏻🤘🏻
What a great video!!!!!!!! Thanks
Thanks
Great review and nice playing, sir! I loved the sound you got out of those P90's I found a set of them (G&B pickups with pole magnets and pushback cloth wiring) to put in my D'angelico premier DC , no F holes. I'll definitely grab one down the road when I have room and extra cash!
👌
For starters, you’re one of the greatest musicians on the entire youtube , i love your demos and a bought quite a few pedals based on your demos . Regarding the H90 , i have it for quite some time and it goes on an off my board and now its on the shelf , I’m a long time Eventide user (eg H8000, Eclipse , H8 max and H90) , the H90 can do it all but not quite as good as the same effect analog pedals , the univibe, phaser, etc etc etc are just not as good as the analog counterparts IMO, in a live setting its also not that user friendly as you get from an analog pedal , I’ve tried it hard for nearly a year and finally i gave up, greetings from Phuket Thailand
First of all thanks a lot for your kind words. I’m using it live now and trying to figure out how it works for me. I’ll be posting more about it in the near future
I'll take my HX Stomp with its 8 effects blocks at a time and just as good of algos for half the price any day of the week... Love your vids and vibe, tho!
It’s a great pedal too
Increible, alfin alguien prueba esos amplificadores a alto volumen🎉🎉
What a way to make a point , freaking awesome ! 👏👏👏
🙏🙏🙏
... i forgot, what is that beautyful Guitar? Salud, W.Mutha
It’s a Knaggs Choptank
Hi Budda, great digital trémolo, spring reverb, phaser.. for à digital machine. Very good video as always. Thank you to Shane it. Cheers from Catalunya ❤ W.Mutha
Thanks a lot
Boss has a few good pedals but most are NOT to my liking.
Horses for courses
Wear a set of headphones for a noise buffer. That's what Johan S does when he cranks a Super Lead. Or there's the Fryette Power Station, OX Box, Captor X, etc.
I know. But why have an amp and not use it?
kzread.info/dash/bejne/c5dok5KLcpq0qKQ.html
I've been looking at these for years and still haven't bitten. How do you think this would fare live through a mix with a somewhat loud drummer? BTW - you have the absolute best demos.
It’s a competitor with a deluxe reverb. A lot darker than the Deluxe reverb
Hello , ive one ultra i love it but a lot of people on KZread tech say its a bad Guitar because of the Noiseless lifeless pickups, that suck.. they Also dont like the bridge and the trem
O love the guitar and swapped the pickups. It’s a great instrument
@@BuddaGuedes i ll go with french tech pick up « aura » and I ll change for a mastery bridge m1
Flats are just awesome. I've ordered the limited Silver of this with the same La Bella flat set (I've been using La Bella flats on all my basses). Can't wait to get it, 4 week wait list.....
👌let me know when you get it
@@BuddaGuedes Sure! About to get to the seller in mid-august.
The most important aspect of a guitar is the neck. Haven’t heard about the differences in this video. Pickups are interchangeable.
I don’t agree although that’s an important aspect. Necks are also interchangeable.
Sounds awesome! Someone is selling one near me for $385 and I was curious how it sounded. Too bad I don't need another amp right now...
It’s a great deal!!!
Ok im sold!!! Thanks Bubba!
I take no pleasure in raining on the parade of those hopeful folks looking for an affordable tube amp, but, I have to inform you here that you get what you pay for. I have both of these amps, and the Blues Junior is superior to the Stage Right version of this knock off amp. The Blues Jr. has richer mids, far better bass and handles pedals beautifully. The Stage Right version of this amp sounds thin, completely lacks mids and turns to mush when I try to put any pedals in front of it. For me, it's useless for anything other than practice. You've been warned. Happy playing all.
O also prefere the blues junior. But I have to admit that the Tube15 is incredible value for your money. Every Wednesday I use mine as a guest amp for the jam session and it is unbelievable how well it performs. And it’s enduring. I’ve used mine for two years twice a week
the egnater tweaker 15 is nice.the mooer little monster bm was a chinese 5 watt bassman clone ,cheap and sounds great for home but nothing beats my 2005 1974x 18 watt combo +cx extension cab it can get very loud and it's not small but the tone is amazing at any volume.
That’s sounds great!!
Great playing as usual man! There’s one of these for sale near me and I’m resisting the urge to go play it. Do I need a super for home playing and recording? Hell no, but when has that ever stopped me? 😂
Totally agree!! I'm looking at one of the ToneMaster Super Reverb's. Do I need it?? Hell no!! However, I'm 72, retired and can easily afford new toys. Been playing for 60 years so it won't go to waste. My advice should be obvious: Go grab it before it's gone!! Good luck!
I play experimental rock/metal. Played a show earlier this year and the venue had the pro junior through the pa. The guy said try this one. So I put my whole rig with pog, ocd, delay etc. through that thing. Holy shit. Used my boss eq as booster. One of the best and clear live sounds i’ve ever had. I need to get one.
Eh! Eh!
Budda, thanks for taking the time to share this. I love good melodic playin. Muito obrigado dos EUA!
Thanks for your support
I removed the phase reverse option on a one modded tele when I got a Nashville. I found the “neck and middle” sound far more useful. My “Fat Nash” has a four way switch. Tele bridge. - bridge and (Strat) middle. - bridge and (Gibson Humbucker) neck. - humbucker only.
That’s why I use a push push knob. This way I can get both tones
An ok upgrade over the stock speaker for most stuff. I put in an Eminence Cannabis Rex and am extremely pleased. I also just remove the front baffle when changing out speakers, way easier...!
I haven’t figured out how to take the baffle
Love my ac30 heritage head yours sounds great. I have a Seimens EF86 running through a peavey 212 greenbacks:)
Great combination
Are those pedals through the hole ?
What do you mean?!
*My homie, what octave fuzz is that???!*
It’s the fulltone octave
its close but........not as smooth or sweet. Great if you are still waiting for the king of tone
I have two king of tones already
@@BuddaGuedes I get mine next year 🙂
great playing , the tone is you
Thanks a lot
These are the best amp reviews I have ever seen. Fantastic! I owned a bad cat black cat & I have built a spitfire & lightning clone, and have repaired DC30's. Nice informative videos, and you didn't mention a pile of pedals you put in front of them (or in the middle of them). Thank you!
Eh! Eh! Thanks a lot
I've had two of these Class 5s. I was hoping the second one would have a brighter tone than the first. Nope. Both were just too dull and muddy for my preferences. Not a bad amp if you like a sludgy and dull tone. But that's not for me.
Mine is not dull at all
I've been on this journey (sans the OG), and the two leading contenders are the Formula B Vintage Vibe, and the Deja Vibe mini MkII. These are my price range, if you go higher $ the Sabbadius and Sir Henry should be looked at hard.
I loved the Retrovibe actually
Jensens are amazing
👌
