I've heard many versions of Seven Seas drums solo, live and recorded, performed by lots of talented drummers, and now I found this version, which I think is the best take. This is incredible.

Imo, I don't like it on ballades or likewise kind of slow music (there, yes, I feel it kinda throws you off). But on other type of more dynamic music, I think it adds something and that even the most of the performers apreciate it and feel motivated and gratified/honored
