  I am very confused is it a big issue my wife has not taken folic acid till 11 weeks of pregnancy but has taken healthy diet and 1 orange daily We also has sex upto 11 weeks and wife O negative and my self B positive

  I work third shift. I have 3 off days a week but that’s still not enough. I sleep 17 hours on my off days. I’ve never been so exhausted.
