Bro! You are a badass. I know this seems simple to you. I take soooo much pride in fixing things that's why I started a handyman business. I really thought you were going to say you didn't have a fix to the broken shaft. The wire fix was great. And I really like the part when you drilled inspection holes to watch the gears in action to see which one was not working. Great video. I believe if people would work on something till the very end they can fix 90% of things that are broken.

I have same problem with mine today! What I found out is you always turn dryer to off position when done using it. So if you run it for 10 minutes to quick dry something, you still need to turn it to OFF position don’t leave the timer on turn to OFF! Blew my mind when I seen this after finding that out. I’ve been racking my brain till I found video stating these Kenmore drying elements heat if timer is on and nothing is running always turn to OFF no matter what when done using.

My 1977 PX-10-LE, winner of previous years tour came with a Brooks leather saddle. Sure enough 100,000 miles later it's close to being "broke in"! It does mold to your body, but it has never been as comfortable as my other perches.

@@mattmustin1860 , Sellia Italia, WTB, I bought them so long ago the model names are faded. The key I think is in their thin design. There is just enough flex that there is some give. This absorbs road bumps better than the Brooks. Honestly, the Brooks saddle does conform to your bum, but remains stiff forever I guess. I ride about 3,000-4,000 miles a year.
