Hi pls tell me did you wear a abdominal belt after surgery when did you start wearing it and for how long. How to wear it. And what about scars.Did you feel hard sensation around incision during first month of surgery.And can we get hernia as muscles are weak did your doc tell any precautions.Did you have bleeding after surgery how many days? Thanks for this knowledgeable video, as my wife is suffering from same problem. Really informative & practical information to guide someone, as females are really suffering from this problem, & due to severe pain they take sudden step to remove uterus which is not a solution to overcome it.

Thank you so much for making this detailed video. I have been diagnosed with the same however the side of my fibroid is 7.2 cm which is on the outside of the uterus. I don't think so, as per my conversation with the doctor. You should talk to your doctor once. It is kind of like a C-section. So it does not have any effect on fertility as far as I could understand.

Very well explained I did UFE procedure sep 28 of 2022 caz of fibroids off-course which was causing very heavy bleeding that was the initial reason as it was making me anemic, first few periods I’ll spot no heavy bleeding n irregular spotting but now it’s been six months and my bleeding starting being as heavy as it wad before the procedure so basically it failed. Now I was thinking to do laparoscopic myomectomy but watching ur video u mentioned a very good point which got me thinking open myomectomy sounds better everyone just talks abt laparoscopic being better caz of small incisions n fast recovery but what u said abt laparoscopic how it churns the motor causing side effects makes so much sense We always go for outer small incision less scarring that’s y I was considering laparoscopic ur lucky whoever ur doctor was, was genuine person thanks for sharing. Now the question is how is the scarring is it minimal or it’s a big cut how is healing hope u share that we’ll be watching thanks

They were related to strengthening the abdominal walls slowly, I have mostly forgotten the precise steps, I would recommend asking your doctor regarding this once.

I m really sacred of surgery… my doctr also suggested for myomectomy…
It was pretty normal, I thought atleast one cycle would be skipped. But no it came right on time. I was really amazed. I had also had painkillers for periods prescribed by my doctor to help.

No it did not, honestly the antibiotic injection was more hurting than that, but pain thresholds can vary, but keep in mind that it will be over before you know it.

No I don't, I was in my late 20s

Also God forbid the fibroids are cancer a morcellater can cause cancer to spread in body. Which is scary. I just saw a bunch of videos on it.
Yeah, as I had a single fibroid, taking it out cleanly seemed much less risky.

@@crazyforplants wow me too!! I'm in hospital bed now too its been about 21 hrs since my surgery. Looks like we are almost the same schedule 😊❤️ I hope you recovery is swift and smooth. So far mine nothing to horrible. Pain pills help so I have been staying ahead of it and taking stool softener, eating softer things ect.
