While OP is perfectly justified in not reconciling with her ex, there is no excuse whatsoever for cutting him out of his daughter's life...they could have at least come to an amicable co-parenting arrangement. What the mother did was very illegal a forced marriage is considered to be very illegal here in the United States and in Canada you have no business having an arranged marriage.
