    Arnold took steroids also, there are also steroids for women that are not testosterone based and will not have as much of an effect on the reproductive system and voice etc

    I have been a member of multiple multiple gyms and NEVER have I ever felt more at home than at BBC!!! I absolutely love this community 💖We all push each other (in a positive and good way), we laugh, we work hard, we motivate and inspire one another, we are a fitness family!!!     This was beyond helpful!!! I'm struggling with getting enough protein and now I understand why I'm so fatigued/tired, even though I've dropped almost 40 lbs. Any suggestions on how to up my protein? I eat once or twice a day. Actually, how much protein should i have each day? Thank you for your videos!!

    Never did I ever think that at 48 I would look and feel like I do!!! I am impressed at how strong I have become inside and out thanks to training at BBC !!!! I feel absolutely fantastic and am motivated every day to continue on my fitness journey! My body and mind have transformed in all positive ways for sure!!     I've been working with Juli for the past year and am in the best health I've been in in years. I'm 65 and had two knee replacements in the past year and half. The recovery from this type of surgery is long and you have to be committed which is not an easy task at my age. But Juli showed me how to incorporate my daily routine with nutrition exercise and personal growth. I now eat healthier meditate daily and journal my progress. I'm grateful for Juli's personal commitment to each of her clients.

    So true! In the past year and a half I've had two knee replacements. With Juli's support and the individual training program she has created for me, I'm healthier and stronger than before surgeries. We don't focus on my weight loss but on my daily progress towards a healthier Me! I'm back to walking and circuit training 3-5 days a week, thanks to Bodies by Colotti and Juli!

    I love this way of looking at it. Crazy and so mind-opening - I have run my own Media Production company (I’m 15) and time management + productivity is so essential for me!!
