  Great video. I prefer to stay in an area with more nature views than Ponta Delgado. Which side of the island would you recommend? Would you split your stay with 3 days on the north and3 on the west?

  The Island is small enough that you can get around easy enough you don't have to move around. Also don't discount the Furnas area really beautiful there as well. Sorry for the non committal answer but the whole place is beautiful and you can't go wrong.in our opinion.

  Thank! We found prices to be quite reasonable for the most part. We did hit a couple expensive restaurants but we knew that was the case ahead of time.

  Honestly I can’t remember the entire process but it wasn’t hard for me because I am a commercial helicopter pilot already. I do remember for the EU portion I had some online classes I took using the Ireland website because it was in English. Sorry I can’t be of more assistance to you.

We didn’t create the preconceived notions people have but we are happy to do our part to change those notions. We hope this video helps because we loved it there and absolutely felt safe.

  Yes $1,500 is all good. I'm from Hawaii and get $1,377/mo. in Social Security. I live on the beach in Rayong .Apt $290 with A/C ...food $300.. I get around on motorbike. My quality of life is the best I have ever found. I have enough left over to travel to Phuket where you all were. I lived in Patong, Phuket for 5 years..Nice smiles..kop khun kop

  You felt safer in Albania than in United States? We dont kill people for sure , our problem is the corruption and burocraci in governent ! You dont see that as visitor unless you live and have the need to use schools , hospitals or police stations !

  Often times people feel safe until something happens to them, then suddenly they don’t feel the same. Sometimes having good situational awareness is enough to feel safe. We try to maintain a high level of awareness. We can’t advise single women to travel there or not but we can say WE felt totally safe and the people there were very friendly towards us. Again, thanks for watching. If you would like to post specific information about why it wouldn’t be safe for a single female, feel free to do so. It is always our viewers job to decide what is right for them. All we can do is present what we experienced.
