This is a joke, how come i see perfectly fit ethnics, of arab descent get out of 4WDS with kids, in a disabled parking space, not a crutch or wheelchair or any disability, n have D.Card in the window or no card in the same spot.

Is a trigger warning reallyyyyyyy THAT necessary? 🤔 😂 people need to really learn how to handle being triggered and it’s never going to happen if trigger warnings are around every dang corner.

They give the warning to protect themselves. If someone is triggered they can't complain because they were warned about the possibility.

Sorry that had spelling errors and I beg you not to sue me for it. Also lawyers can open up health care and crisis call conversations for cherry picking. I never knew lawyers had medical degrees attached to there profession as well as cherry picking data clearance.

While it may be more common that men are the perpetrators I feel there's a risk in overstating this. Domestic violence against men is under recognized and when men are in this situation it can be nearly impossible to get any help if people think of DV as only a women's issue. Forms of DV that aren't physical especially are probably committed by women more often than we think but it gets perceived differently because of these biases.

Yes sounds very much like the abusive manipulation parents suffer at the hands of child protective services. They play both sides of the fence abusing both parents and children, and the majority of those state employed abusers are woke altruistic women in my near 10 years experience. With 60,000 kids in oohc in australia, there are a hell of a lot of families under the abusive coercive control of state welfare services. We wont go into the fact that it is estimated that up to 70% of those children in care, are unlawfully removed, by fraudulent means.

Very good point to defend the application. There is also a risk with "planting the seed" is that if a vulnerable person has a personality "disorder" Tthen this could lead to suggestions imagined as real, and could lead to more distress the the client and more complex matters moving forward.

Upto 150k in compensation for childhood abuse is an absolute insult. That isn't even enough to put a roof over your head. Who determines this amount and why 790million is spent on Ukraine.

I’ve been on jobseeker for about 12 months with a medical certificate for suicidal depression, I’ve just been told I need to start looking for a job I’m very worried that I won’t meet the job searching requirements based on how much I’m struggling with day to day life, I’m worried that I will become suicidal again. You guys work in the industry and find the system complicated, what chance do I have. Suicide seems like a good option.

If parents can’t make an agreement or if it is not safe to talk to each other… Wouldn’t those two different situations require more than the simple suggestion they can apply to the court to make a decision? Shouldn’t everyone in the legal system provide the cautions and consequences of engaging with the court and it would be simply kind of agencies to avoid presenting the court as a place that disadvantaged parents should go to for help. The only people who benefit from going to court are people with an excess of money. The imbalance of power is what determines who will win. I wish that mediators had any integrity and that they had some accountability to let the courts know if they noticed shit qualities in either parent so that from the start the vulnerable parent has a chance. Imagine if it was even recommended by the mediator that a vulnerable parent should engage in other options to save more trauma affecting the entire family.

Careful what you wish for. So if an Australian statutory authority runs advertising campaign and promotes it via the mass media in regards to how and what we do in our every day daily life's. Could or would it be viewed as coercive control of my family members or my partner that constitutes a breach of the coercive laws that may result in (Depression/anger/confusion/abuse/discrimination/misinformation.)That could effect the lives of the general public for years. . If so who would be in breach of these laws? Question - Are the the people who proposed or applied the laws and also would the mass media be culpable by is using coercive control to get their point across? A money pit for the Lawyers and hangers on. Back to the drawing boards me thinks! Stupid is that stupid does.
