the fact that the grandma thinks you won’t be asked at all to babysit as a grandma is funny to me. Thats the one person I know I CAN CALL. She is pretty selfish as her daughter is trying to make it work despite the situation. She also sounds like she’s acting this way because of the boyfriend specifically, like she wanted more for her daughter but because she isn’t meeting expectations. She’s failing.

As a firefighter the confined space thing is true, we need to be on air when doing that and we need approval from the county to do it, once I was on a call for a co alarm at a hotel and we couldn’t turn on the vent fan in the building because it was in a big pit and we would’ve had to wait for approval, we ended up just lowering down one of our fans instead. We also have a lot of swift water rescue equipment for the exact reason about flooding
