  Now that I'm thinking about it, the best option select against this is mashing, because you can mash the command grab, and now you mentioned stepping on counterhit is trash.

  @@AblazZeGuyTheGuy there's also some mildly infuriating things I've found out while labbing. One of which is being able to link 214hhh into ssba if it's high enough. On both routes where we've seen this be possible, we are +45 after they recover. Meaning we have enough time to link the ssba. But you see, after doing 22h-h, no matter how hard we try we can't link 214hhh into ssba no matter how high it is. I checked the frame advantage and we were only +44 every time. Mfs couldn't even give us a single frame

  @@theHMCenthusiast That's almost the exact situation for 214M in the last patch. It was always just one frame away from comboing. Still waiting for a practical raw SBA combo. If Dustloop isn't lying to me this time, SBA is just a few frames slower than SSBA, which is yet another 1-3 frame comboing issue.

  @@AblazZeGuyTheGuy I wouldn't get my hopes up. But I'd suggest trying the fullscreen ssba combo. It's a similar routing to the one you did in the video. Uses 8u twice. Difference is that mine saves you 1bp and some health. But the one you did is better if you sure its gonna kill. But it never hurts to save on health. Especially since some people have trouble linking 236h into 214u

  [Edit 05/07;; I FINALLY ACHIEVED S+5!! after 2,3k matches and a lot of struggling, I finally promoted to S+!!!] Avatar main here, just got to S2 and still pushing. Your guide has opened my eyes a lot, and even though bit outdated, I still managed to find good use of it and strengthen my climb to S+. I will keep pushing for S+, then S++ -- my dream is to reach masters, so I've got a long road ahead. Thank you very much for the guide!!

  Everyone's ultimates give back 25%, if you hit it raw, or don't cancel a normal into ultimate. Only ultimates that don't give 25% meter back are DPs.

  I go by Autonomous in-game now, and I'm now #1 Avatar. 21:02 Since the latest balance patch, Avatar can now combo medium carnal passion if they're crouching The combos have updated a bit since the balance patch His 0/1 combo is: HHH > H.QCB > c.L > c.L > MQCB > c.L MDP (switch dp for super) 1/1 HHH > H>QCF > MMM > RS > c.L > c.L > MQCB > c.L > MDP (Switch dp for super) 2/0 You can add c.L > MDP, due to his MQCB coming out one frame faster. (Switch dp for super or add wings bestowed for setup) 2/1 SBA HHH > HQCF > MMM > RS > c.H > HQCF > 2H > MQCB > c.L > SBA And when I introduce 66H, after 8U, do LL > HQCF > MMM. You see me doing f.M after doing the triple attack. The first route is slightly more optimal during raw hits / punishes, because you get another triple attack. There's this strange thing that happens when you 8U after L/M qcb midscreen. If you do 8U frame 1, you can only get 2L 5L, but if you delay the 8U by 1-3 frames, you get L triple attack. This works in 99% of combos. Only one that you need to worry about is when raging strike is the starter. Don't use qcb 8U over qcf 8U, it's not optimal, ever. That's all the work I wanna do for now, if the combo has MQCB, you might be able to do another move afterwards, due to the frame data buff.

  Apologies, bit of a newbie, but I'm having a hard time stringing H H H 214H into 2L 2L 214M in the 0/1 combo. I'm assuming it's the full Rekka right? I cant seem to get the skill off cooldown in time for medium Carnal Passion.

  @@OtterlyAerix That's a heavy mad bad there. It's supposed to be HHH > H.QCB > c.L > c.L > c.H > MQCB > c.L MDP I forgot to write the c.H. Knowing me, there's probably another error in the combos.

  This is awesome. I came across a similar two touch sequence but the difference is the first combo does more damage and leads to a command grab setup that can kill most characters. I haven't tested it on the tanky characters yet though

  Considering Ladiva has the slowest buttons in the game at a 6f jab, she can never scramble because she loses against every character in the cast. Her grab doesn't even have throw invul and is 6f on cooldown, 5f with meter and loses to jabs. She has the worst forward roll in the game to the point where it's always better to dodge and try to walk forward instead, as rolling is incredibly slow and has an insane amount of recovery frames that it can't be used to advance without getting hit by another attack. Literally her only options at reversal is U headbutt since it has super armor, (Super) Skybound art where you have to choose between strike to hit a jumping opponent (since the air-air command grab has no range and no invul as well) or throw for one on the ground, or spending a Bravery Point. Lavida needs serious, serious help to be not dead last on the tier list. Thanks, ChronoPhantasma Iron Tager. With love... A depressed Ladiva player.

  As a Vaseraga player myself, I offer apologies on behalf of him. But seeing as we big/grappler character users have to patiently suffer through almost endless wall pressure, and also struggle to safely cover distances, I almost don't feel any sympathy at all... In fact, we Vaseraga and Ladiva players could use more buffs than Percival. They also need to make both of them faster and give them more command grabs that cover mid screen distances... just saying. #BigCharacterSupremacy - With love... A frustrated Vaseraga player.
