  If it's regular cutscene music no, it's not extractable by itself unless the game was remastered into 5.1 channel surround sound

  You didn't notice at 0:38 that HQ Says "Mission failure your team's operational capability has been too diminished" After the 4th teammate died? Without the headset, HQ never says that after specter is the last to go down, Without the headset she always says it after the 3rd teammate before him

  Interestingly in this case since literally everyone in the fireteam is dead, HQ has to be talking to the player, so I'd say this time that voice line breaks the 4th wall lol. Just like in rainbow six 3 when the entire team dies Rainbows HQ says "Mission Failed You're Team Was Wiped Out"

  Ya it's crazy how much was cut out of the game, I want to say in this instance tho it might have been a game bug, Because I feel like his dialogue is supposed to play, especially responding to your commands and death and hurt sounds when hit

  Love the part at 1:18 SPECTER and HQs response and the music that plays right when specter speaks fits better for this than the seal team dead ost cause that ost works best obviously for the "Mission Failure SEAL TEAM Dead" Mission Failure pop up

  Also love the part at 2:11. Jester dies then deadpan says man down, but before he finishes he gets hit next then coldkill says man down then not long after specter gets hit and coldkill tries to advise HQ that specter went down then she gets hit too before even finishing saying his name then HQ screams "TEAM?!!!! TEAM?!!!!" as they all were taken out so damn quick. Also the man down music plays here too not just the player killed music and seal team dead music

  Extracted from the game files yes, I used QuickBMS and Foobar2000 QuickBMS to extract it and Foobar2000 to play it back and convert it to WAV

  1:15:33 in this mission hearing this music, accompanied by the HQ saying "Spectre's team has already passed through here" gives shivers. Curious that despite the events of Socom 3 US Navy Seals, some enemies survived in that quarry on Fireteam Bravo (ok that the Sandman team's task is to neutralize the quarry, but it's strange).
