They need to keep him in prison they know that he's a threat they know that he could go out and kill her or Phoenix or both and yet they don't do anything to stop that. Is she going to go before the board for parole and tell them to just keep him in there? I'm scared he's going to get out and kill her and her child but then again he could just end up killing the child to hurt her even more and knowing that they have no business letting him out

You do understand that for child pornography to be made a child needs to be abused right? That’s why watching it is a crime? Every time CP is watched the victim is victimized again. WHO THE FUCK CARES IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO A PEDOPHILE.

I feel for this family for everything they have been through, but I have to say that in some of the home videos you can clearly see his serious jealous behavior with his sister and also if Charity would not have had her son Phoenix she would be alone in this world...this is so sad any way you look at it.

This interview is so annoying the interviewer is prioritising the microphone for herself and holding the mic further away from Charity. It’s harder to hear Charity’s voice and answers especially if you are hard of hearing like me, although it gets better as it goes on as Charity naturally speaks up.

Iam beoynd angry with this comment section! some of you should not only be completely ashamed of yourselves but stop commenting shit you either dont understand, know or even care about because its a joke and im ashamed for you all. An addict does not make a shit parent for one. The comments about her using this for her fame blah blah blah! if any of you had bothered to listen or a simple research you would know its fk all to do with that. The women is trying to help a broken system, she is teaching, shes an advocate and a mother and yeah what i know of her with almost 12 yrs ive done of my research she is a great mother! And lets face it who the hell are any of you to judge her!! who gave you all that right?? grrrrrrr people are such assholes man please all do better

I remember watching "A Thief In the Night " at a Baptist church back on February 28th 1982, I was 12 at the time and I remember being scared to death afterwards I asked Brother Shepard a black church member to help me get saved and that day I received Christ as my personal savior also got baptized. 🙏 it's been almost 40 years now, I've seen all 4 movies many times and the way the world is now at 2021 its becoming more clear to me its getting closer for Christ Return.

I don't know why you skipped right past all the stuff that got the boy in that state. It's so obvious this woman had a very isolated traumatic childhood which led her to having such a traumatic adult life. Whenever a parent is emotionally abused like she was and they go through life trying to find the culprit, her mother clearly started the whole cycle of abuse that is more emotional neglect and the most painful. No wonder diving into heroin and hard lifestyle was her anger at her own mother for killing her dad. My concern is that poor kid who still isn't getting any help at all. Oh boy that kid hates his mother in ways she can't still understand why. No father? What did he just disappear? Comon people this kid is a victim here also. She paints a rosy picture of his childhood but I don't think she ever knew how her son was feeling, by having a mother run around telling everyone she was a heroin addict! Poor kid has anyone ever wondered why he wants to kill his mother?

This lady is a SAINT in my eyes. Has she had her problems, yes. But i am recovering heroin addict also )(sober since june 1 2016 which is the longest i have had) and with that said, she had only 1 relapse in 2005, a year after the killing of her daughter, and she still goes on and can maintain being sober. I have relapsed over the STUPIDEST things, and she has held strong through the unimaginable. I absolutely commend her.❤

In one point Paris told an interviewer that if he had killed Ella that he could have his mother all to himself again. To those who have not seen the documentary Paris actually was not happy when Charity was pregnant with Ella. Paris was internally jealousy that he was going to share his life with a new sibling. Paris also had murderous thoughts about killing.

I saw "A Thief In the Night" at my church at 11 years of age. Although I didn't come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ until I was 13, the message was implanted and stuck with me. I still watch the 4 movies quite often, but there are times when I look toward heaven and say, "Lord, we are still waiting for Your return - but we have not lost our faith in the belief that You WILL return for us!" Amen!

I realize that this was filmed ages ago, but some of the comments make me sick. The judgement and people telling her what she should or should not have done, so much victim blaming. This lady has lived through so much. She had a traumatic childhood and probably didn't get the best emotional support in her upbringing and to help her after what happened to her father. She was doing the best that she could with what she had to support and love her children. Most of us are just trying our best, life is rarely pretty, perfect and straight forward. We all make mistakes, but the bottom line is Paris CHOSE to do what he did. I bet Charity would turn back time if she could, so the comments are so unnecessary. I hope she has all the support and love she needs, I have so much respect for her. I couldn't have survived all of that.

The comments on this video of blame pushing makes me sick. “Don’t judge a book by its cover” Ya’all *need* to read her book “How Now Butterfly” before forming an opinion. And let’s see how many of you can even get through this heartbreaking book (horrific). Mostly her journal entries, intimate thoughts and turmoil over grieving Ella while being a mother of a psychopath who shattered her family. She’s been fighting so hard getting Paris help. Charity is my MF hero. How dare all of you. Shame on you.

In many cases people who are psychopaths are really smart. It would be nice if they could find out what the heck is going on in their brain. Why one thing over functions & the other doesn’t function at all. I can’t even imagine being in her shoes. She’s better than me. I wouldn’t have any pity for Paris😤 that part irritates me!
