It's a good video but I don't live in California. I live in West Texas and I'd love to know what chemicals you're using. My Saltillo tile has water damage, very dirty grout and dark marks. Approximately 3904 square feet that needs to be donel. The contractor I hired didn't bother to clean it first and just filled up the floor machine with ZEP, and it's really messing up the floor, they look terrible!

As a big franchise operation I would expect you to use Royalty Free music instead of ripping off musicians that work hard to produce it. The words "Audio Jungle" can be heard very slightly because the creator or this video did not pay for the music he stole. Shameful.

@ 0:32 you can hear the words "Audio Jungle" which is removed when you pay for royalty free music. Obviously you didn't pay for using this music. Being a franchise of a large carpet cleaner, I would think that you would do the right thing and pay for any music that you use in your videos. Shameful.

Now, let's be honest for truth in advertising which you guys are not too good at. You won't be there as soon as dog pee's on carpet so removing the pee won't happen, it will work into the backing, pad and subfloor. That is probably a polyester carpet that the red dye can't stain. Any dues or even urine will require special chemicals to remove stain, your altered water - sodium hydroxide that you claim is just water, will not remove any stain, so you must use a chemical, which zerorez hides from advertising. This procedure is used by all carpet cleaners before you came into existence, the only difference is that non-franchise companies do not have to dance around the truth and will explain that certain chemistry must be used to remove certain stains.

And to add - all carpet cleaners do this. Unlike the franchises that send out unqualified chimps, the professional carpet cleaner will inspect the pad type. He or she will also note the subfloor. Wood sub floors are often found moldy from the urine due to a pourous pad. By adding more solution to a moldy sub floor can cause havoc. This is why having a franchise chimp do this is wrong. The carpet should be pulled back to inspect the sub floor. If urine is in wood sub floor and not moldy the odor will never go away, it needs treating and same for concrete. I would recommend staying away from a franchise carpet cleaning operation.
