Definitely not being unreasonable with regards to the whole school situation the amount of times my daughter (14) gets behaviour points for silly things like being in the toilet, having too many earrings in being a minute late to lesson wearing leggings when she's had pe its ridiculous!! I'm totally with you schools are for education not nit picking every day it's draining! So I can totally relate. X
@@sam.t1470 oh yes she got a mark for going to the toilet and wearing her school jumper 🤦🏻♀️ apparently because it’s summer they’re not allowed to wear them.. even though she gets cold .. can’t win 🙃

I have a female black lab (1 years old) and we’re getting a cocker spaniel puppy at the weekend too 😄 any tips on how to introduce the two together?

Looks like I need to get along to a Lidl as their fresh produce looks great quality, I don’t go there as I don’t drive & the nearest is a bit too far to walk to, but I might take a bus ride out some time x

I remember when I was in high school we had after school detention... I only had 1 and it was a whole class one. My eldest is now in high school and seems they only do it in their break times

My boys have just started at cubs for my 9 year old and scouts for my 12 year old. Both really love it and have done so many different things since they started in May. Really glad we did it ❤

@@clairelou09011988 I wish we had done it sooner now. They have done gardening, lacrosse with local club members, skiing, summer bbq, water fights, climbing next week for last session before summer break all in a few weeks on top of normal sessions. Got a camp in September to look forward to aswell! X

Hi Claire my husband says the same when I have Botox, I think a little is great for prevention but so easy to over do it. I’m going to leave my face alone now and grow old gracefully plus save money 😅 I do spend a lot on medik8 skincare which is brilliant xx

Hun I can’t get over how big Myles is getting (been following u since he was 1😮) he will absolutely love school in September hun he’s a bright clever boy 😘😘😘 oh and he’s so confident loved him brushing his hair 😂 they get very independent so quickly 😭😭 my nephews are 17 and 15 I helped bring them up (don’t have kids of my own due too kidney failure 😞) my youngest nephew is 10 months and my niece is 5 and her attitude stinks 😂 hope ur all doing well love 🥰 Claire from Bradford xx

My daughters school has changed their uniform policy this september too to try and do something about all the short skirts. They've changed from pencil skirts to pleated thinking it will help, obviously it won't, they'll roll them up regardless 😂😂

I’m 44 and my girls are 25,18&16 and I have felt the same since my younger 2 became teenagers.I feel like I’m too old to wear some of the trends..I get in my own head and think “if my 14yr old daughter loves this brand and style of clothes,maybe I shouldn’t be wearing it” and teens can be quite brutal and will tell you…I don’t want to look frumpy..I became a Nanny 21/12 years ago so I’m really sensitive about not looking like a older grandparent.. I have been in perimenopause for past 4 years and I’ve gone into menopause now and it messes with your head,my moods and emotions can make me be really sensitive and take little things to heart…😩 my mum and mother in law have told me it will settle down, once I can go on HRT,due to blood clotting disorder I have to be seen by a gynaecologist…🙈xx

I have 3 girls,my youngest has just left Yr 11..honestly Yrs7-9 are the hardest years for girls…they go to high school they see all of the year 10&11 girls and think they have to act,dress etc just like them…friendship group dramas nearly sent me insane…the school they went too was so so strict,like there needs to be rules and I wouldn’t work in a high school but they are still human beings..they want them to be like soldiers or robots..and I personally think it can be too much sometimes,I truly think some teachers are on a power trip..my girls had to wear a pinafore even the older girls…this was to stop them rolling their skirt up and to cover their chest area…the reasons why, are basically not to distract the boys…😡 which makes me feel sick…I couldn’t imagine being a teen girl growing up in the world now,we had it so easy compared to them..😩 everything they do,say,wear is under a magnifying glass..the become like sheep where they can’t wear something if none of the other girls have…it does change as they get older,but it can be so intense for them…its a really hard balance of telling them off and feeling bad off them..😢x
