My 3C waist length natural hair loves this cream more as it gets longer & longer. I use to use this creams with wash n gos but still looking for a holy grail leave in base to use underneath it because ive tried the manuka & yogurt leave in conditioning spray along with this cream and it doesn't give me my moisture long enough in my curls. I need to find a different leave in because the manuka honey leave in mixed with this manuka honey cream dries my hair out after my curls air dry.... but this cream on my curls alone by itself feel so silky and soft and moisturized BUT its not enough on its own for my curls and porosity to stay moisturized throughout half the week or throughout the day (even after it 100% air dries with no heat /blow dryers etc. 😊❤

It might not matter to most but I've realized the extra creamy hair cream is mistakenly labeled vegan. It contains silk amino acid. Your hair is royal!

Right I needed a high porosity girl in my life 😂❤ and so u do the OLG method basically so do u feel the gel is what is sealing your strands ? Do u feel like this helps your ends not break ?? What would u do to seal if u wasn’t using the gel ?

I've been using this for about a year now and honestly its the only thing that works on my hair and you have more natural definition than I do. The gel messes with the formula. Try a leave in conditioner FIRST then use the curl cream on top of it. After that, walk away and let it dry. I use Mielle's leave in conditioner. I'd love to see you come back and do another review this way :)

It’s not too too thick so I think you may be okay as long as you don’t overuse the product!

That moisturizing conditioner is great! Try using the lightweight conditioner under the gel. I didn't get the leave in bc of all the flaking reviews. I think that could also be a result of too much product and not enough water tho. Your results are beautiful ❤️

I have very fine, almost baby-like hair and I ❤ that gel! It gives me a ton of hold. My hair can get weighed down easily so I was happy w the results. I use either Pattern or Curls Blueberry Bliss leave ins underneath. I think your hair looks beautiful! Volume is everything ❤️

I have various loose curl patterns on my head. I really like the Mane Choice Pearly Braid Out Glaze. I've been using it as my one-and-done for over 2 months now. Epic results! I love this video. Very informative. Wish I'd had this a year ago.

Next time remove the excess product after you twist your hair & it may not flake… It does look like you were heavy handed BUT…. It could also be bc you may have needed to add a little more water when you got to the front.. Your hair looks good though!!

Yes although I didn't add any more product, a little more mouse could help but it also depends on the product too. Some are just better at keeping your hair frizz free even in the humidity.

Hmm, not really. I've tried just adding more color but that tends to look less natural. The only suggestion I would have for more pigmentation would be to try it on completely dry hair too and see how it holds up :)

I heard that some of shea moisture products don't work like they used to is that true? I have 4c high porosity hair by the way.The back of my hair is thicker then the front but the front of my hair is the same texture as my back hair

Shea moisture products haven't let me down yet! The product line that you use does matter though as some are better for high porosity girls like us.

I've been using this for about a year now and honestly its the only thing that works on my hair and you have more natural definition than I do. The gel messes with the formula.
