If I borrow you $100 for a one year term that can buy 50kg bag of rice. When you pay me my $100 one year later, that bag of rice now cost $105. Have you paid me? The riba we are talking about here is when money was money was gold and silver not this fiat monetary system. Great show!!!

This was a brilliant episode, masha'allah. I found it to be very enlightening. Being told that using riba would incur the wrath of Allah, was enough for me to stay away from it, but now hearing about the encouragement of productivity, and building up resilience for dealing with risk was truly again enlightening.

Salaam alaykum alaykum brothers and sisters, please, if you are reading this, I urge you not to join and be a part of Aaqib Ahmed business. Aaqib is very dishonest and unprofessional. He failed to attend a zoom meeting twice and he has now blocked me when I asked for my money back, he told me he would send it at the the ending of the month, today I messaged him and he sent me a fake email instead.

Waalaikumsalaam WarahmatuAllahi wabarakaatuh sisters, wonderful topic mashallah. I had a few aha moments because my authentic self absolutely loves to read and write, and at the same time I also love motherhood. They don't oppose the other, just as the other interests in life. All the guidance, mercy, healing and criterion is found with the speech of Allah, and our example of His words in action is that of Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم. Im glad that what is runnibg in my head is being vocalizwd here so well. Sometimes people will look at you crazy if you don't co sign their 'authentic self'
