  We did pepper spray but werent required to walk around, handcuff, fist fight, and interview someone afterwards. That pepper spray can cause damage to the cornea of the eyes.

  Only if you rub your eyes. That's why you never rub after getting sprayed. You rinse with water and for the next two days only pat dawn dish soap or baby soap onto your entire face. Don't forget the ears like I did lol and then rinse with cold water then hot

  My mentally in the gym is, when I see someone trying to make it obvious they want people to see how heavy they are lifting, or how hard they are doing cardio by making a bunch of noise and dropping weights, is I get next to them doing more weight, more reps by not making a noise. It brings out something in me that drives me to prove they're not quite there yet. And I'm not a gym rat, meat head, and I don't like bringing attention to myself. You got to have that mentally.
