The HOA is way too much. Maybe that’s why it took longer to sell than usual.

Beige is nasty. When I first moved to Arizona, I couldn’t believe how many people have ugly beige homes in HOA communities. Just yuck. Why cannot they use other colors.

The home is spacious, huge backyard. The dark hardwood floors are dull, a good polish would brighten the home up a bit..shoulders. The wrap around to the bedrooms was a nice touch, spacious rooms, tall ceilings and ceiling fans in every room nice..My complaint would be to the masters suite (closet in particular) and bathroom is in dire needs for an upgrade. Gorgeous backyard, lots of space for any outdoor activities. The house is nice, not 520k$ nice, mid 300k the rest can go towards road repairs. Overall, a lovely home.
