Did anyone ever figure this out? I have an SNES that has the exact same problem.

I had the same bike too, but cut the cables of the speakers, can you make a video showing the connections from the speakers to the stereo?

at this point you are better off getting a Bluetooth adapter with a built in amp and hook that up. check out www.steelhorseaudio.com/collections/bluetooth/products/bluetooth-receiver-motorcycle

didn't realize that stars couldn't be in same space as similarly colored blocks even though i had to have done puzzles with that aspect already. freaking game kills me...

Try pressing the 1-chip chip with something not conductive. to rule out some loose connections. Next would be to wiggle press the cartridge connector. It must be a broken solder joint somewhere. I have seen similair problems on a pal 2-chip snes. In the end it was the cartridge connector.

my next guess is to replace the voltage regulator. but i'm not hopeful. i don't think the cart connector is removable on this board revision so to get it off i think i'd have to desolder all of the pins and that sounds like a nightmare... anyone have any thoughts?
