I bought the iPhone XR exactly 5 years ago when I got it brand new back in late 2019. I had an iPhone 6 which was great I didn't have problems with and the reason I bought the XR was because I needed a phone with more memory. For the first few years it was cool but after awhile I noticed how much was acting up. The battery life draining really annoyed the hell outta me the most and the charging port stopped working as it was loose, which wouldn't let me charge it like I use to. The phone was be overheated and I got to the point where I realized I made the biggest mistake on ever getting it. I had just switched to the iPhone 12 Pro Max and I am definitely enjoying it as buying it was the best decision I had made and got for a really great thing instead of wasting $1k for the 15 or 14. the iPhone XR was cool but I'm happy I got a better phone

I had an iPhone XR and after a year the phone became very difficult to live with. It would overheat doing even the smallest tasks, battery drained very quickly as a result and the phone was also extremely slow too. Camera was okay for the price level but not great. On the other hand iPhone 11 has better camera, battery life, and most likely cpu management (phone won’t get as hot as XR). If you’re on a budget XR will do but iPhone 11 would be worth it if you have time so save up.

iPhone XR is superior for use in 2023/2024. iPhone X does not have band 71 (600 Mhz). The XR and XS will also have longer iOS support over the older X.

The only valid reason not to buy the new 15 is the lack of pro features, what you can get with the 14 pro, BUT the last year's pro models have some significant hardware issues witch can have some impact on the device lifespan. Sure, the same problem can hapen with the 15, time will tell, but in my opinion, there is no reason not to buy the new iPhone 15 if you have a 12, SE or a older device.

thanks for the video, the usb-type c port is exactly the concern I am having too as me and my family are still using the old lightning cable, It is a nice change to see type-c finally is coming to the Iphone but can't really justify to buy the latest model just for the usb-c. I am currently having a se 2020 and considering upgrade to the13 for better battery and camera instead of the 15, do you think it's a good move in that case?

I got the 12 it’s great no complaints so far other than the inability to shut off the camera shutter sound and the scree shot sound without putting the phone in to silent mode

@@bigmarv4164I was choosing between 12 and 11 Pro Max. Got the Pro Max because of the big display, larger battery and the third camera. Also, it has 256 GB vs the 12 had only 128 for the same price. The only thing i'm kinda missing is MagSafe, but tbh it's not that big of a loss. Overall, I think that the 11 Pro Max is a way better deal compared to the 12. Totally worth buying.
