This is super random but I had to do a double take because you look and sound identical to my step daughter from my former marriage. Very beautiful. She is 17 now. Time flies

She needs to do what Theresa Caputo does, which is to protect herself and everyone involved in God's 'white light'. I've heard it described as meditating, and envisioning standing in a shower of the brightest white light possible! And asking your spirit guides and guardian angel to protect you from negative spirits. Negative spirits are often drawn to people with her gift, because they are sensitive to that bad energy. Theresa also envisions a door closing when she wants spirit to leave her alone. Also, you can tell spirits to leave, and from what I understand, they have to. But you have to be forceful and confident when you do it. I hope that helps her, and I hope you'll pass this information along to her.

wonder what happened to the woman who got off on the floors thinking it was just a kitchen fire. I heard that kitchen fire rumor before that had caused people to not leave the building.

I couldn’t get over the “kitchen fire” theory 😂 But overall, this was a great interview/listen. As a person who was in HS at the time and remember that day vividly, I can confirm that immediately after, the nation was indeed united. People were truly kind to each other everywhere you went. You could see it their eyes. People held doors open with a smile and a nod, there were American flags outside of every home, the bullies at school temporarily weren’t a-holes. Suddenly, everyone collectively realized how fragile life is, and it could all be taken away in an instant.

I'm sure this is because I watch WAY too many "true crime" shows -- but I'm surprised no one tried to cover up a murder using 9/11... I actually think NYPD Blue had a plot line that was sort of like that, but there are so many loonies out there who kill their significant others and then try to lamely cover it up I'm surprised someone didn't use the towers to try to move a body there or claim their partner was in the towers

This scam is as old as time. Some 19 year old isn't about to trick me. Remember Crossing over with John Edwards? Even if the medium believes it, its still a scam. The person being read gives out all the info needed.

Bless all the lost souls and survivors. I was in middle school in Washington DC and remember the teachers in classroom turning on the tv and the teachers crying and then evacuating us since the 3rd plane hit the pentagon which was close to us. I remember parents calling us, I remember talking to my dad for some reason the teachers let me speak with my dad. And I don’t remember what he said but I remember feeling scared for the first time in my life and I can’t imagine actually been there. Now my daughter is studying to become a fire fighter then a Fire Marshall and I respect them and admire them greatly but as a mother I do not want my daughter to be a hero.

Oh my god - do you realise that London’s 9/11 (a similar attack by the same terrorist group on the metro system in 2005) is referred to as 7/7. The day her twins were born. Don’t tell me they were born in 2005 as well!!?

Survivor too. And yes when I think of that day it's always the perspective of my loved ones not knowing if I survived that makes me feel so bad. Those of us caught up in it didnt know what was really going on. It took me till some time in afternoon to even get a phone call to any loved ones. What a heart breaking day.

Truly well done. The interviewer was professional, so respectful and allowed the survivor to really share her story freely. She put the survivor at ease from the start. Almost an instant trust. The survivor is an excellent historian. You know the worst had happened to that young woman on the morning of 9/11. She could easily be angry and cynical but instead left a positive message to be kind and live each day to the fullest. I am glad she is happy and life has turned out well.

Ya, great interview. I guess panic is the last thing you need in such a situation. However, every second mattered for survival, that and simply evacuating. People in the South Tower were told to remain at their desks, which proved to be the worst direction officials could have made. I still don't understand why that command was given. In any case, Mrs. Brody's attitude is inspiring. Thanks for sharing her story.

This month as being the 23rd anniversary since that tragic day. I've been watching countless videos like yours. A common line from many of these survivor's testimonies is "survivor's guilt- why me?" and "life is precious" . Testimonies like these teaches us to not take life for granted and to be grateful every day. The world needs to hear these stories , so we can value each other more as human beings - "we are all in this together" #bekind !

People, she most likely has PTSD from this traumatic event. She might be having hang-ups during the flashbacks, hence the reason she’s saying “um.” Also, look around her eyes. She looks like she’s in her mid 30s-mid 40s. She doesn’t look “too young to have worked at the World Trade.”😑
