I bought an 8 inch version this past week and intend to use it for the FIRST TIME, at a solo gig tomorrow. What I'm really looking for is this----I'm connecting it to a Mackie ProFX10 mixer, and so I won't be using any of the DSP options at the top of the speaker. BUT I also want to know how to disable that part with use of my mixer, and don't want to overpower it since the speaker has a Master Volume knob. I dont or cant find any instructions on what to do with those DSP items with using a mixer.

How did you like it? Can I plug my Acoustic guitar AND run backing track (AUX in) at the same time?
@larrycavallucci32589 күн бұрын
@@MOAB-UT Good powered speaker. Yes, you can plug in an AG and a Vocal Mic into this speaker, and just use it that way. I use my Mackie mixer for both. I don't use backing tracks so I don't know if you can do it with this speaker and wire into it direct or not. Check out the speaker manual. I also bought a speaker stand through Gtr Center, but be careful because of the width of the hole in the speaker for that. There's an On Stage stand I bought, dont remember what model it is, but it's very sturdy. it came with an insert that I took out, so it did fit into the speaker hole underneath. Eventually I might buy another matching speaker.

Hi! How and how will the sound of Everse 12 differ from Everse 8? As, for example, in this short 1.5-minute excerpt kzread.info/dash/bejne/gYGEzbKMpLDNn5c.html JBL Eon One Compact is significantly inferior to Everse 8 in volume, but at the same time, the drums and percussion of JBL Eon One Compact sound more clearly on this recording, they are not lost against the background of other instruments

Today I bought everse 12. I play guitar and sing and I needed a monitor. I went with the intention of buying the 8". I tried it and was disappointed. The 12" has a much nicer sound and is also louder :) 8" was quiet for my needs, and it reaches the limit very easily. maybe it's OK for reproducing music, but for playing acoustic... Olá, já comprei o Eon One Compact e devolvi porque acende a luz do limiter fácilmente, eu toco violão e canto, tenho o Everse 8, e a diferença é que o everse tem mais médios, mas se você quiser deixar parecido com o Jbl eon one compact é só colocar a equalizacão no modo Music, que já tira um pouco dos médios, do que deixar no modo live .
