This is awesome I just did the same thing except used 10mm sockets that happen to be an inch in length to use to prop the seat on. Just for now till I can grab some rubber chair covers. But I am worried about rain now…if it rains it will be able to drip right under the seat

Technically speaking it does even in the stock position.

This works a treat, literally just did mine tonight and it makes all the difference for comfort. The measurements I found worked best is 4mm plate aloy sized at 40mm 38mm 50mm 38mm 40mm. The two 40mm measurements are what bolt down, the two 38mm measurements are the up stands and the 50mm measurement is the top side but that would also depend on the rubber she's you buy👌 I hammered my down slightly to get it snug in the new holder.

Can you feel a difference in seat height here? I'm 1,94cm so a bit higher seat height would be nice

Looks like a piece of cake to do this. Usually I grip the "tank" with my knees to keep me back and stop me from sliding forward till my package grounds on the tank.

I'm going to give this a try. Can you tell the measurement that the front bracket needs to be raised to fit correctly? Thanks for sharing!

How does it sound on the highway?

i just got back from riding around Glacier National Park in Montana with a guy who had one on his NC700. It sounded great, a nice deep throaty growl and a good bark in the upper rpms. I however have the DanMoto Xg-1 on mine and like it alot. It was a nice switch from the stock muffler, a little more noise than the Carbon GP throughout the rpm range, but i like it! They both sounds really good on the twin cylinder bikes! (imho) :{)

Hey, does this thing just come as a sheet and you had to cut it out yourself? If so, did it include a template for the NC? Also, have you had any problems with the edges coming loose?

I did some research after I asked you and found out these are pre-cut. It's weird because on Revzilla, there are a couple of negative reviews that said it was just a sheet and the edges peeled up. I guess they don't sell them peel and place for all bikes? Anyway, thanks for the response though. I ordered them yesterday at Amazon. I pretty much have have you exact bikes if that's a 2015. Love it.
