With my experience between the two, the Pixel 6 was more unique looking and got better battery life. The Pixel 7 felt more premium and was a bit brighter screen. However, I would say the Pixel 6 is the better deal in 2024 because it’ll still get updates for 2 more years and it’s about half the price of 7 for 90 percent of the same experience. I’m actually considering buying a Pixel 6 again because I love that sorta seafoam color and how unique it looks. At the moment so ready to be done with iPhone and iOS for good.

Social media is raising a large percentage of our youth. It's wild. There's a meditation book called 30 Days Without Social Media by Harper Daniels that is cool. It helped me escape that trap.

They should have added more RAM to the Pixel 8 if that's the issue. I don't actually believe that hardware limitations are the problem. I think that's probably a BS excuse. But if it is, that's their fault for not providing enough RAM They could have done 12 GB of RAM on the 8. Then why can a Qualcomm phone with 8 GB run it? Wasn't that the whole point of Google making their own chip was so it would have higher compatibility with their own services? It's just bizarre. Reminds me of Apple refusing to provide stage manager to the 2020 AirPod pro. I don't blame anyone for being frustrated.

My other suspicion is this is some kind of background deal with Samsung. To give their phones more exclusivity with the AI features. Wear 3 came out it provided almost 18 months of exclusivity to Samsung and completely screwed over other Google partners like movboi, fossil.
