yea my first draft was only fast because i was spitballing hahaha🤣 im going much more in depth in the second draft because i have so many more ideas and some structural changes that im incorporating! for my mouse im actually not sure lmao it came for free with my pc, all i know is that it's hp!! sorry i can't let you know🥲

how do you stay consistent and “never” burn out?

I love setting schedules for when i write! I try to write everyday, even if it's just 100 words. I like listening to myself and if I dont want to write that day then I focus on editing instead, or reading in the genre of the book that im writing. Recording myself is great because I put something on in the background and I can't use my phone so it makes me focus!

yeah i do the same thing but sometimes i just get burn out or i feel i’m not working to my full potential

When that happens, what works for me is writing the only thing that I can think of in that moment; so imagine I just end up writing down "she ran". That is not going to be on my final draft. I want to be more descriptive. If nothing better is coming out i'll just put (come back later) or (make better), and move on. I find that when I get stuck on something I have to move on or else i'll end up getting frustrated and not want to keep writing. Even if my writing sucks in that moment I just need to keep writing, if it looks bad then im just practicing, I'll come back later and fix it☺️

Make more videos like this one! I that there is writing and typing. I also like that you put the paper on a clipboard so the writing is more heard. I also like that I can barely hear a fan/air conditioner in the background like other videos like this one.
