I believe package handlers don't just work for the airline but the airport.
As a former airline employee, I can tell you the airlines including Delta contract out to companies that are cheaper to operate. They may wear the uniform but are not employees.
I would never put any electronics on a checked bag....i dont trust anyone to handle my laptop etc at the airports especially since how they handle checked bags like rag dolls. To be fair if it's just clothes okay but i dont put anything valuable in checked bags

They are both consenting adults...adults. if you have an issue with it contact your representatives and have them change the age of consent across the board. But that would also mean the age to join the military and so on would also change and you'd be required to provide for your kids till they are that age.
I mean those things are not all joined. You can join the military before the age of 18. The issue isn’t legality, necessarily. It’s just gross to many of us and that is an okay opinion to have.
