  When I was a kid living in Montague road, there was a tramp guy living in that house. We looked through the windows to see the filth and damage to the floors, the junk. It was awful. That was 60 years ago, and it doesn't look as if it's been taken care of at all. It was horrific. The gut living there was a real mental. I wouldn't have that house in you gave it to me.

  Nice flat, lounge is too small though. Actually every is a bit small for us but the flat is stunning. We like the high ceilings, plenty of light. The windows are nice and big. It's the size of the flat, just not big enough
