  Hey Michelle, I just paused the video at 12 minutes to give you my first opinion so I don't forget... The view is great, and the storm is really starting to pick up where I'm at now. I just saw an awesome lightning strike. What I would do if I were you is maybe edit the video to have it start right after that sound turns off at 4:24 into the video... I'm thinking it was an air conditioner unit? You can trim the video to have it start right after that turns off because there wasn't much going on when it was running anyway. You can hear the birds and nature when it's off as well. Other than that, I'm really liking your video so far. I'll leave a final comment when I'm finished watching it. Thanks for the link! ~Chris

  Okay, I just finished watching it... Wow! That was some thunderstorm! Yours had more cracking thunder in it than mine did! So now that I've completely watched your video, I'll just stick with my original and only opinion about starting the video after 4:24... The storm was so good though, that even if you decide to leave it as is, I think people will still really enjoy it like I did. I'm really glad you sent me that link because with 715 subscribers, it's hard to stay up to date watching their new videos. I couldn't even come close in one day if I tried ha ha.   Very cool! I always enjoy trying to pause the video at just the right moment to catch the lightning bolt and this video had some nice ones! Even better, the sound of the distant rolling thunder and the soft rain is so soothing.

  thank you for the awesome comment!! so glad you liked it!! i love falling asleep to storms like this!! usually when people are running inside from thunderstorms, i'm the one who is running out the door, video camera in hand, wanting to get the best angel to record the storms! you should check out my channel. I have a lot of storms i've recorded thru the years!

  Lots of lightning and gusty winds. Thunderstorms are awesome!!! I like thunderstorms especially at night
