  This makes me so sad- The sad lines, the sad music. It makes it seem like Miles would be looking back at these memories at the end of the first movie, being sad that he had to say goodbye, but also happy because he had saved so many people, and made many new friends.

  I've seen ai film adaptations like this a few times, and I think there's validation to them. Unlike the original films which can focus on the individual characters, the vertical orientation allows for a sense of scale, to show that even though we're supposed to be focusing on their story, they're still part of a bigger world
