In the Bible, 1 Corinthians 6:18 says that sexual immorality is a sin against your own body, and that it's different from other sins because it's a form of self-harm. The Apostle Paul says, "Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body". Paul suggests that people should run from sexual sin, rather than fighting it.
