MOPAR! MOPAR! MOPAR! More specifically the Dodge Durango but will show other models as well.
This channel will feature a mix of MODs that I have done to my Durango SRT and also reviews of other cars in the Mopar family. If you are in the Palm Springs area or close by with a Mopar vehicle that has some MODs on it and want to show it off then let me know. I'd like to feature you on my channel so others can see all the different options and MODs that others have done. It doesn't just have to be a SRT model either. If you dont have a Mopar but have a awesome car then Id be willing to feature you as well, just send me a email.

I liked it but got rid of it I didn't like how it looked with the car parked and off lol
Did not know about Storage Mode. Thanks!
Glad I helped!
I had same issue about two years ago. I had car towed to dodge dealership they replaced the rf module. I think that’s what it’s called It’s located in rear deck. It was under warranty.
How were you able to get the positive cable to stay?
Squeezed it in with the fuse
Yeah i deff gotta get it where can i order this
In my long form video it has the link in description
Did you not use the mopar friction modifier for the rear diff?
No need to with amsoil. It’s already built in.
Yeah, i read this about the amsoil after my comment. Im still hesitant to go to 75W90 rather than the specified 75W85. i know it probably fine but... @MattySRT
@@keithdillon2792 you will be fine. Ive been on it for over a year with no issues as well as many others. barely any difference... Nothing wrong with slightly thicker oil
Is there a way to turn off eco mode without being in sport mode or above?
No it defaults to auto/eco mode on startup. Cant change that
I have few tricks to add to your list. If your sunroof goes into manual mode. If sunroof don't automatically slide to open or close. You have to keep pushing the button to open or close. Turn your ignition to run position, but don't start it. Press and hold the close button, it will go forward and than back than forward to the set position. Once it close the sunroof, release the button. Now your sunroof has been restored to factory setting.
6 months later and it’s still going strong!!💪
Heck ya bro!
Love this thank you so much for the detailed video!
You are welcome
What kit is this one?
I put Amazon link in description.
How is it doing after a few months now?
Still going strong. With this 120 degree heatwave I’ve been in the last month I thought for sure it would go bad but it’s still working great!
Bro I wanna do this on my Durango RT how do you do this what’s the website for it ?????
Getting into the swing of things
Looks good. How’s the ground wire doing so close to the engine? Did u have to rout it another way?
Nope still have it the same way since install. Still going strong
I don’t get how to actually add the performance page on my main screen. I got a 2019 Durango rt I got the taser and the bypass plugged in. I just can’t figure out how to get the performance page.
Any significant difference between these and the z26 pads ?
Well I haven’t personally tried the 26 ones. The difference is very negligible I’m told. The 23 should offer slightly less squeak noises in the cold as they use a different backing
@@MattySRT good to know . Thanks Matty
Don’t use it a lot .. your truck will eventually start to run hot . And start 2 cause problems like stress out your oil filter housing and you’ll think it’s the thermostat or radiator also . When it’ll be the flex fuel . Use 87 , no matter if the badge on the truck says u can …
Do you still drive with the same tune to this day and have you had any mechanical issues with with the tune? Reply
I’m currently running a E85 tune now and using different tuner. Still using the diablosport though.
Odered one for my truck and my buddy’s! Thanks bud!
Enjoy
How did the tail light tint affect your reverse lighting? With these crappy cameras, we probably need all the light we can get
Honestly didn’t effect it much. The reason these cameras are the quality they are is cuz they can do low light very well. So with the tint and the fact the reverse light are bulbs and NoT LEDs it will dim a little bit. However I did upgrade my Reverse lights to LED and they are brighter now even with the tint
hi matty Im nana 👋🏻🤪
Did u get the 59 inch or 70 inch led
70 inch
안녕 매티^^ 187 붕어 잘보구 가요😊
This should fit the jeep srt id assume ?
Yes the Jeep SRT is practically a twin other than body style etc
Awesome. Cause I'm buying my dream ride tomorrow and ordering parts. Thank ya bud for replying back. 🤘
I’ve been running E85 for years. Unless you have a flex fuel sensor or a safe tune you run the risk of running lean. That’s assuming you have everything needed to supply the amount of fuel required. That’s far too long to check plugs. I do an oil change every 1500-2000 miles, check and regap the plugs every other oil change and the oil changes in between I put new plugs in. I do this because I run a lot of boost on pump E85 and if the plugs are not in good operating condition and gaped correctly the amount of boost I run puts the spark out. Yes you have a n/a motor but I’m guessing you’re pushing beyond stock. And I wouldn’t regap a plug more then 2x because the grounding electrode will become weak and possibly break off inside the cylinder. NOT good! Why I’m so @nal about maintenance especially when running E85 is because legally when a pump says E85 it doesn’t mean you’re getting 85% ethanol. By law it only needs to be 51% or higher. Running a car with a tune near the ragged edge without a flex fuel sensor will do damage whether it’s immediate or over time. The saying “if it isn’t broke don’t fix it” does not apply to plugs. Keep them in check, you’ll thank yourself later for it.
My stations for E85 have all been checking out at 84%. It rarely fluctuates. It’s to the benefit of having as much Ethanol in the mix. If it’s only 51% ethanol that means I have more regular fuel that’s more expensive but I don’t have that where I live. I was to do my plugs at around 35k but forgot to do it. As with most tunes and with mine I’m running a tad on the rich side and letting the computer take away some fuel as needed. My long term FT are at -2% right where it should be
Oil catch can
Nowadays, you usually replace them at 100,000 miles depending on the year
Depends on the plug and platform and how it’s tuned. I knew mine were close to be doing done back at 40k but never did check them till 45k
Have you stayed with Power Stop pads?
Yes
Aye
Just starting to get into servicing my vehicles at their recommended times. Post maintenance is very important, oils and parts only last so long... not forever!!!✌️🇺🇲
That’s why I have lots of DIY on my channel. Knowledge is power.
Do you still drive with the same tune to this day and have you had any mechanical issues with with the tune?
Nope. You can always reload it to be sure
i did this and still nothing. im lost
I’m trying to do this with my Durango now, I see some videos recommend a fuse tap, is it okay to do it the way you did it ?
It’s ok and still works fine. Fuse tap would be best long term. Didn’t know how long these lights would last
I wish I knew people like you because I can't get my Hemi fever tuned to load
Could be a bad file. I’d delete the tune then reload it in the device and try again
Been having the 15 ScatPack for a month or two and got the bypass in the trunk my battery voltage is ok I check everything all the time cuz it’s a daily driver!
Where did you find the 3mm spacers? I just ordered the 6mm you have but want to try the 3mm
Amazon
Always hesitated on doing this but now its a go. Thank you
Does the z type affect your car warranty and or can it? For services an shitza like that
There’s always possibility yes but very rarely
You park illegally to show us your lights. 😫😫😫
Private property at my work at night
Who makes the grill light? I just bought a 2024 and I wanna install this!!!
kzread.info/dash/bejne/lJuIp8yLearZpLA.html
that video link has the info
Did you remove both connections of the battery or only the negative? i have the same problem on my jeep grand cherokee 2018 diesel.
Only the negative the one closest to back seat
Well, looks like I'm taking it off my car today, been making my charger do weird crap
Check to be sure it's updated.
Thinking about upgrading fuel injectors too. Did you notice any performance gains?
With just injectors no. Once tuned for them you can get more power cuz if you can do more fuel with more air then that means more power. These particular ones will be shooting roughly 33% more fuel than stock so you will be rich unless you add E85 or tune down the injectors to spray less
NICE! 👍🏽
Ty
Do you have to have platinum?
For custom tuning yes you will need platinum version.
@MattySRT Is this TB still installed on your Durango? I have read some folks having issues with aftermarket TB.
Yes still after 4 years
What station is that located
La Quinta California
Hey so I installed underglow inside the grille and connected it to my dRL I just bought this in red strip and don’t know where to connect it that will shut off with car. DRL is occupied
My video tells you where I put mine and it still turns off with car.
Get a custom Tune from hemifever for 250 and if you want a burble tune you can pay 125 for it as a add on
Ya I’m with MI Tuning now and it was $250 as well and even got E85 tune along with gas tune and trans tune. Cant beat that!
@@MattySRTglad too here 😊 any hp gains with that tuner 🎶
@@wrmaliccissdelicciss1797 Gains yes... how much I couldnt tell you as Im waiting to Dyno it hopefully by end of this year. I need a true AWD Dyno done.
