  I think you can turn off the safety rating system to do wacky stuff like this. But maybe it wont let you join a server if its off. I turn it off when I let my friends drive in single player so they don't wreck my rating.

  in theory yes, in reality we tried it (as you can see at the end of the video) and it just wasn't good. Mainly cos it takes 9 minutes of careful driving to get there with no rear wing, so we only had 2 attempts
