    I have an SMT802a which looks exactly like the TVM802a. I'm having a terrible time trying to figure out how to have it pick from several components in the IC tray. If anyone could be of any help I would greatly appreciate it. The user manual I have is terrible and working with the guy in support doesn't seem to understand me very well.

    does it just install without soldering?

  • @leealex6922
    @leealex6922 Жыл бұрын

    No, it's working after applying solder paste. The image shows that the Z-axis is not fully operated due to a defective step motor driver, and the chip falls in the air. The cause of the defect in the motor driver board was a defective board that did not properly apply lead to the PCB. Chinese products are not perfect. After replacing the motor driver chip, the whole thing was soldering again, and it operated normally.

    The machine was set up faster and faster. But it doesn't work smoothly. The Stack Point is not right. Feeder Stack height is not correct from No. 1 and 29. So I lowered the Z-axis value of the vertex a lot.

    Nope, 0603 is the minimum (expect to lose 10% parts). 0805 is comfortable.

    you seems to be using 504 and 505 nozzle for everything - i'm not sure this is the proper way to do it - for SOIC 505 is reasonable, but not for 1206 - 504 would be more apropriate there; also - the other issue you have is loosing steps for some reason - if you bought this with open loop motors then all you can do is to set movement ramp parameters way down (velocity, jerk control - please check 3d printing related forums for this) - i bought tvm802 some time ago and it was totally useless when it arrived - factory calibration was way off, to the point i had to loosen belts and pulleys and redo it so it would run true. nozzle to camera aligment was also off, so every component was misplaced istead of being placed

    Greetings, fellow TVM802B Owner, How do you find replacements for the Vacuum Pumps, Air Solenoids and other "Consumables". Ours are failing and there's no support from the company or their distributors.

    Hello Alex could you inform me your email , I would help you solve with this machine fault conditions

    I'm talking to your service team I can't answer. Just lower the Z-axis value too much and the motor is damaged. This is all and there is no content for the next service. Here's what it says. At first This machine malfunctioned from the beginning. I raised the issue a few times, but I kept talking about the video. However, because I am not a fisheman, I could not take it until the problem occurred with the camera. I could not shoot this because there was an error that the PCB was bent down once every so often. But of course, this caused the axis to be bent on No. 1 nozzle and the end of the statement was that the motor and pipe should be changed when the problem was mentioned. Secondly, we have been able to send videos because this problem is frequent now, but it is driving the consumer to fault. If the value of the z-axis is too low, the motor is damaged. That is true, but it is a story when the user overloads, and as you can see in the video, the value of the z-axis is too low -0.1mm, which is a machine that should not be sold. -0.1mm is enough regardless of the damage of the shaft of the motor to the tension of nozzle at all. I want to ask you: What is the threshold of the spring tension on the nozzle? The value of Z-axis is -0.1mm to ensure the adhesion between the component and the pcb cream solitude, and otherwise, the light and small component slightly raised is flying from the reflow due to air, so most of the operators are set for the viscosity of the cream solder and the definite mounting of the component. Just lower the value of the Z-axis too much and the motor damage comes. That's it. Is this A/s? If you write in a part name, I’d rather buy it and fix it. But it’s not. This is your company. I'll post another video soon.

    @@leealex6922 Dear Alex First of all, I understand your situation and mood very well. Now we need to determine the cause of this problem . It may caused by the failure of the mechanical sensor Or the system parameters are set incorrectly Can you provide the necessary system parameter settings to the after-sales by email? I think he mentioned it in email. We have to check corrent setting with initial exwork setting . After excluding some factors that may cause errors We can identify the problem and solve it. We ship more than 800 units a year. This situation is very rare, individual cases. It may also be caused by incorrect operation during transportation.

    @@haowangjiao Of course, I mentioned the parameters. But you should have suggested it earlier. 1. The nozzle just goes down too much. The center pipe is suspected of being damaged. re) Take a picture of the current state and send it to the light sensor comparator module, appealing that one side of the 10uF bypass tantalum is not tanned! In addition, the smt machine company pointed out that it is questionable whether it is possible to install the hand-tapped product. However, since I am an engineer who uses a lot of sensors, I delivered the manufacturing defect after checking with the oscilloscope that it is not a phenomenon that cannot be operated due to this bypass tantrum. I'm sorry I couldn't answer after that. And I think the axis is going down too much. 2. Where do you think you've heard this? That's what I mentioned at first. Then, if it's not a problem with the center pipe, you should suggest checking to the other side. It's nothing. Just say that and finish. The status of the Five is in the engineer's view. Is it normal? I'm curious. - I don't know because there's no feedback. We need to change the motor and pipe last time. I didn't contact you after that. I'm protesting against the A/S for checking the parameter value of the machine, so that's what it says to check it. Please, I'm ordering a more active replacement. And since the motor may have been damaged at first, I told them I'd get the nama17-34 motor and try to replace it, or they asked me to show you how to get the parts, but there was no mention of it at all. There was no such information about nozzle motors and pipes before, so I asked a motor specialist and found out the specifications and purchased them myself. And the information they give is communicated once a day, but it takes only 5 minutes for me to check with the equipment. Then it takes 10 days to check objectively. If you're an engineer, when you have this problem, you're going to think of a hierarchical block, and you're going to make suggestions sequentially, but what you can do quickly is you can suggest a lot of things at once. You can check it once a day if you don' In this way, it may not be solved well even if it takes a month. Should I organize the things to check in the software, inform the user in advance, and let them know the results again, and tell them another way if there's nothing wrong with it, so I'll just talk about the first story. I have to ask again and appeal to check one out then... This is very frustrating. I fully understand that the main body needs to be torn apart like a motor driver because things get bigger. But now I'm taking issue with the passive response of the engineer. It's not because I doubt their technical skills. Do you understand?

And I think the axis is going down too much. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. Where do you think you heard that? This is what your company mentioned at first. It's the starting point. And then he ends the story. I have to tell you clearly whether the z-axis is too much or is caused by a mechanical defect, and I have to write comments or send my opinions to find out other causes. If you end it like that, all you can think of is that it's a defect because I set it up wrong. If we hadn't protested, the a/s team wouldn't have contacted us yet. When I protested, I was told that I had never said that the -0.1 value set by the user was wrong. He asked back why you said that. It is going to fix it through a step-by-step inspection. So I talked to him. If you think so, if you set up an objectively suspicious issue for me, I will check it out and give you feedback! Make suggestions for my own checking here! Don't just stay still! After this conversation, it was suggested that the parameter value be checked and fixed to the primitive value. The user is in a hurry to resolve the defect and your company has no reason to proceed in a hurry. => I think that is passive for this reason. Then it's better to check other things if there's no problem with the central pipe, but there was no suggestion at that time. Did you check the current status of the pipe I sent you in the picture? Is that normal? I'm curious. - I don't know because there's no feedback. The motor and pipe need to be replaced last time. There has been no answer since then. If I have to change the motor, how can I replace it and where can I get it? What about the pipes? To be exact, it is also bending due to mechanical failure. At that time, I didn't ask for free service because I wasn't sure whether it was a mistake or a mechanical defect, and I bought it. Of course, the specification was not informed by your company and the purchase information was not given, so I secured it by myself. I haven't replaced the motor yet. The parts will arrive in a few days. I want the A/S team to provide more detailed explanations and active solutions. Your company said that the motor may have been damaged now, so I wanted to replace it at least, so I asked you to tell me the specification of buying and replacing the nama17-34 motor or how to get the parts, but there was no mention at all. And 800 units sold over the year? So, it could be a lot of faults. Do you have any maintenance history? Is it true that this phenomenon is unusual? I use this device to find defects from time to time. I’ll talk about this now when the defects are resolved.
