    Hi John, I just bought my 2024 husqvarna 570bts from Lowes for $ 589.00 plus a 1 gallon of husq premix to get the extended warranty, $29.37 + $50.00 for state taxes =$573.76 . John did you apply for the extended husqvarna warranty? Do you find this unit LOUD? I sure do ,even with earmuffs. Ouch

    That’s weird, I just purchased a new 94 and it’s definitely got a solid shaft inside, got the dealer to open it up before I paid for it.

    I own 2 fs94r trimmers . I bought one when they first came out, years ago. Other was new last year. Both have solid shafts. Pulled them out this morning to check. The stihl manual I have states that they have a solid shaft and show a picture of one with a blade on it. Not sure what the confusion is about. Maybe some were sold with flex shafts

    I just picked up a YS4500 with a bad Briggs intek 21 hp. going to repower it with a Briggs 24 hp twin engine. looks like a nice YS4500 you have there

  • @jessihumphreys8048
    @jessihumphreys8048 Жыл бұрын

    Very happy with my YS4500 I bought for total $1050 new in 2007. It is the manual transmission/20 hp Intek Gold/42 in variant. It has been stored outside mainly and sometimes under a cover (which regularly blew off in the wind). Outside of regular maintenance/supplies it has needed a starter switch, blade mandrels, 2 idler pulleys, brake pads, tires and that is about it. Mowing conditions were hot, very dusty, humid, on an acre of turf with many turns/obstacles in some parts. It has happily towed heavy carts and kids around the property. Very happy considering the storage and use conditions! I intend to keep it going - I do not need more than this to mow at all. Today the truth is that an upgrade would be $4k while a sidestep would be $2.5k. No thanks!

    Well all you guys on tips of the fix is great and peening the ring back in is best way great fix, But this problem arised from Briggs way back in late 70's to 80's when they came up with dum ass idea to put metal insert under the valve sweat in head. They new it was problem in beginning. But the change over from original Cast iron block to aluminum was $ Money and engine selling deal. Briggs was at fault on okaying the aluminum block build to mess up. If you can find original Cast iron block Somewhere in this world get it cause be is Best built and sold strong engine. But it's not made anymore that's problem, my Dad that's gone had Cast iron block on his Farmette tractor that's long gone Somewhere.

    I have the exact same trailer. Home depot. Got it in 2014. I built the ides up with 2 x 10s. Moved a few times, hauled rock, mulch, wood, trash, piled high brush. Great buy still going strong. Only complaint is the gate/ramp frame broke at the latch. Still works just makes noise as it flaps in the breeze.

    Ms250 is a dandy little saw. I've cut up to 24" red oak with it wearing an 18 bar and chain. A bigger saw will cut faster,but it's so light and nimble I use it most of the time.
