Not sure what this was about but here’s my take: you are the artisan that paint companies want to have showing their product. If the product fails, you should be free to say so! Here’s why: we will have to deal with it ourselves, and if we fail because thevproduct doesn’t work it hurts your business! IMO you have to take care of your business first! It is your reputation! You have to guard you!

this was awesome, just got mine about a week ago, & went 🤯 found yours bc i searched “can surfprep pads be cleaned” Im hoping you still check and reply to questions bc: you mention the pads can be cleaned, but what Im not clear on is “how”. how do you clean the pads to use them as long as possible without spending a king’s ransom for replacements? 😅

It's been actual years since @WiseOwlPaint released any new colors in the Chalk Synthesis Paint....would love if they'd do that as opposed to just the OHE.

Hi Brandy! Thanks for your story, I am saddened to hear of this. What do you feel the reason is that Dixie Belle was de-compensating their Brand Ambassadors? Is the company doing poorly financially? Is this their effort to keep funding for the company? Such a sad situation and I do wish you all the best.

@dondevries1080 I think they were going to make less on the deal than they originally thought, with unexpected increased shipping costs. They had attempted to throttle our incomes for a while and used the broken links as an opportunity to recapture those dollars. Usually you reward your top performers, but they just saw us as taking away from their bottom line, even saying to us "your sales are our sales". It was definitely about $$
