Nice! I just got this guy down yesterday. Ran it 4 times in a row. The first 3 went really well. The last run, it looked like he was buggy or something, and he started chaining abilities without moving, which got us down and had to be more careful than the other 3 times.

I also ran the berserk bird. He had a permanent sandstorm up during the fight. It made it a bit hard to see him, but not impossible.

mark my words, the ranged class kills the game. all my friends liked dark and darker until rangers broke our group up. you might have fun thinking about these scenarios but you should look WHY RANGERS MAKE PEOPLE QUIT

I can see this being a valid concern on team fights. For solo however, I do not see where Rangers have a complete advantage. I have tried the Ranger route last PT and the reload speed is too slow to take a valid effect fighting another. It is best used as an opener as of current.

Advice, stay on topic, this video is labelled fast 1-40 awareness levelling, but you spent most of the time talking about base location, and most of the people watching this already have a base and aint planning on moving till they higher lvl then they prob want higher lvl spot then that, im not saying there isnt some use in that advice but its not what people came here for, this video could have been under 5 mins if you just stayed on topic, and much more watchable, and all the various locations are also nothing to do with awareness, sure regular resources are useful for mask mats and so on, but should be in different video.

He’s telling the truth haters below. Mining copper / tin seems to net FAR greater exp gains then killing/ chopping / building etc. need a mount to carry the weight. This will definitely help people power level their awareness

Listen im no KZread king.. but I'd still suggest a script on a video like this. Maybe talk over game play not while you play because you can tell you are losing train of thought while doing something in game. Im not an idiot compared to alot of people on the Internet, but damn it was hard to follow this video bro. Keep up the grind !

Affixes are the same from our understanding on each type of armor. There is no difference in affixes all classes will have the same set modifiers to my understanding. Will have an update soon.

PDF regarding everything I showed today may be released in the official discord. There are no set pieces and set gear as all is randomized while going through the dungeons. What you see in the video is the affixes and what they do. As for my understanding you can just farm for set affixes on each gear piece there is no set gear.

With how the last beta has been they want to let the playerbase come up with creative builds. Again it isn't set in stone. We have the Final Playtest July 3rd so changes could still be implemented. I plan to make more videos addressing any questions and answering the best I can.

Honestly having gear matter is important in a game based around gear... i understand classes are important also but at the end of the day in extration rpg games gear will always be king when it comes to power scaling. Thats why we have to hope that there is a good system in place to help is naturally avoid fighting seriously geared players when we are in greens.

affixes sound great, remind me of hop-ups in apex, those were great, a lot of them could even be sidegrades that simply open up new gameplay options, hop-ups have been so nerfed in apex which makes them boring and uncreative

As for missing so much: Some enemies have high evasion, so you should use arts on them. If missing is a real big issue then you can equip the 'Hit' quartz which might help. I remember the missing, but it wasn't a big issue for me because I use arts > crafts >>> attacks And S-crafts.

As far as Zelda BotW goes - they completely redefined the open world genre, and it is by far, the best open world game I've ever played. Story rocked too and made a ton of sense after finding all the cutscenes - which reminded me of the FF9 Chocobo Hot and Cold game.
