  Listen in question they say many doctors may consult on a test and recomend it so cardinality many to one nhi honi chahye doctors aur test kaye dirmiyan ? Aur aik aur rel doctor aur test kaye dirmiyan bana ho jis maye doctor can recommend many test to patient so one to many cardinality banjaye aisay nhi hoga i wish i could share pic what am trying to say

  Make pic of material and save than open Google drive upload desired file in google drive then open it by Google docs...make sure your system has Urdu keyboard option.
