I just sold and installed this 5 Ton split Heat pump to a customer in Fountain hills in Arizona. I wish the unit came with the flare seals at the minimum when buying the unit.

This worked. Thank you. But question … do they have to be on the same temp mode to work? For example, my bedroom was on the cool setting and my wives bedroom was on the warm setting? Surely, they can operate different modes simultaneously?
We just installed 3 rooms with the AC Pro (September 2023). We have had 3 Samsungs for 7 years in 3 other rooms. Sometimes I like to set the fan to be on for half an hour when I go to sleep. It doesn't seem like these new units have the capability to have the fan on for a short time. I also don't understand the timer function on this new AC Pro. The default seems to come up at 17 hours. Who needs 17 hours? The Samsung offers half hour increments right off the bat.

I can’t express how EASY it was to install. This unit has been a life savior during the summer and some days during other seasons where it can still be a bit warm at night. In this small place is my friend, a husky, poodle mix and myself. We need AC - lolI don’t use the dehumidifier option - I’m not sure if it will leak in my house, since I did not install the small draining hose that came with it. May look into it late but I don’t worry about much humidity in the apartment. I don’t understand why the negative reviews since all things mentioned, I personally did not find issues with. Definitely worth it!

I’ve installed one of these and noticed the low voltage from a regular 24v needs to be 28v at the terminals on the OU. Getting 24v the board will not recognize the call.

Question. Hope someone come across this video. If the hose not connected. Abd just run the furnace. Would it make the water running noise? Contractor installed my furnace and it has the issue. I disconnect the drain pipe and it still create that noise. Is that normal?

Truthfully this is useless to the three pople, myself included, who want to turn off the timer.

Thank you for offering this unit at a price competitive position! The ACPro outdoor condenser replaced a loud Carrier Side Discharge 25HHA. Every time that Carrier turned on turning the Winter time even at 45 degrees Fahrenheit, it always went thru a loud defrost cycle and barely kept the house warm (always needed heat strips). My house was fitted with a FirstCo Air Handler so not much I can do, but thankfully this unit came out! The air coming out of the registers are nice and toasty without the use of heat strips!
Please tell me...we have the E7 error code on the upstair 2 seperate units when trying to use the A/C...is there a way to seperate the 2 units upstairs from the 3 units downstairs as this is a huge issue for us
