  what the hell of a series. hollywood should totally be ashamed of their "propagandistic, cocky, sheriff of the world, we are the only good queers ones, marthyr syndrome" series. the first thing i've noticed in the russian movies it's a total balanced point of view, reality full screen, no immortal heroes, pointing out more the peace than "we are the chosen one who must save the galaxy" in constant autocelebration of themself. GREAT GREAT GREAT !!!!!!!

  They could not have won without the leadership of Comrade Stalin--I do not mean to say that he did not make errors but consider Bukharin--I do not think he was an enemy and I regret his death but could the ussr under his leadership have won? Graham Greene wrote of Stalinists "If they are cruel to others they are cruel to themselves" Only such a leadership could have been triumphant.

  Importance of this series is not just the historal knowledge to tell your friends but realization that capitalism inevitabvly leads to war. Ameican military-industrial complex, losing its profits tha tthey enjoyed during WWII, let the government know that another potential crisis is on their hands because the loss of suplus profits the capitalists will fire workers to keep the said profits up. The Soviet Union, and communism would be an attractive alternative to the disqrunted American workers and could lead to instability. Basically, make war to keep our profits high and workers working, no matter the cost.
