  Correct, the parks are included. You can call the hotel to submit reservations or email them.

  No, there is no way of knowing. You will be placed in one of two Casas that offer the river suite. Unless you booked an adult river, then those are different Casas.

  I flew out of Cancun airport 10 days ago and NOBODY at the airport even asked me if I had paid this Tourist Tax. There are no signs, no alerts, no nothing demanding this tax. By the way, I hadn't paid it yet, since I had gotten contraditory orientations about it. So, in a nutshell, it's either included on you plane ticket already or the Quintana Roo tax agency is doing a terrible job on reinforcing this tax on tourists. So, don't pay it unless specifically asked by an official employee at the airport at your departure!

  I agree, they don't do a great job at making sure this tax is paid. I do think though that visitors should try to do their best at paying this tax. As this goes towards infustructure, tourist amenities, creating jobs and such. The airline doesn't collect this tax nor do hotels.

  The new construction is taking place on the property of Mexico with 900 rooms being added. Construction will also take place on the Arte side with 900 rooms being added. The construction isn't diminishing the experience.

  Yay! You're going to have the best time. You have to submit a wishlist. Send them an email and they will email you back with a wishlist form. You need to fill that out and send it back.

  Some of this info is already incorrect arte guests can no longer cross over to hotel xcaret mexico only if your staying in casa de artistas. Also 6 nights for over 5k is way to overpriced with no airfare right on costcos website a 6 night stay with airfare is 4600. For the month of Jan 2023

  You're correct. I haven't had a chance to update information. I am currently working on an extensive Xcaret video now. Hopefully out within the next month. Hotels/Resorts have set different nightly rates based on the day. You maybe looking into January for a specific nightly rate however, my clients choose to go around a holiday. Hence why it could be more expensive. To add, using a travel agent gives you peace of mind. Going through an online travel agency (costco, expedia) doesn't. You're also supporting small business owners when using a travel agent. Thank you for your feedback, it's always helpful.

  That's a terrible deal. You can go straight to their site and book a lower price including airfare.

  I am sorry you feel that way. The time you might be looking at going verses the time my clients are going could vary on costs. That is correct you can purchase airfare, however, I wouldn't. Airfare should always be purchased directly, especially in our current travel climate.
