  Read if want: This list was hard as hell to make. I generally think most shinies range from okay to absolute dookie mostly due to "potential" call me schizo but ive seen many sprites rotmg players have created that look MUCH BETTER than the ones that get chosen. All that said a lot of these choices could very easily jump a tier or 3, if i were to do the list again tomorrow my opinions would probably be different 😅 hard choices
