Вот я только не пойму, все повара -пловисты поголовно указывают, что к плову нужно особенное хлопковое масло и курдюк, а вы смотрю с подсолнечным маслом готовите, хлопковое масло дороже?⛽
Это не важно все по разному готовят. В основном мужчины, если для себя готовят, то добавят курдюк и мясо баранины. А женщины и старики готовят с мясом говядины и растительным маслом. Например мы готовим с льняным маслом. Самый главный, чтобы не было как каша Ваш плов

Repeat then cover with trays. Flip bottom to top ("stirring").
