@@midkata most of them you will find they will have a just be a fault. The diamonds will not fit into the area an so the picture will not be as neat. An it's always that the lettering an numbers an even symbols are not in order. Also the diamond packages can be labelled wrong to. The good branded one's my daughter has bought very discounted are perfect an easy but you may find these frustrating or the picture is a big wrong like the shadows or the arm etc. But some turned out good. Unfortunately not alot.

It amaze me how they can build a spaceship with all them parts to operate flawless, fly that MF to the moon and return but these clowns claim they can't make a dam sewing or embroidery machine that can run without any problems. Its all about keeping us buying parts so these companies can have a life long stream of money suck out of the customers like the automotive companies. This Crap pissing me off so bad. F-ing crooks

OMG thank you soooo very much. I am new, bought a new machine, and well , mistakes were made. My machine that I wanted to love started doing this. After awhile I was just about to give away my new machine out of frustration but in my heart I still was blaming myself so I started searching. Your video popped up this morning and I just knew. I am ordering the part this morning. Definitely a user error that turned into a mess. 😂

if you’re in need of a quick fix, superglue any holes and slits, leave for half hour or so and then file smooth down with a multi sided nail file/ emery board. If you can run a pair of tights over it without snagging you’re good to go. If you have a needle strike or break it’s one of the first things to check.

Thank you for the suggestion! I think the piece you were struggling with is to hold down the bobbin case so it doesn't vibrate so much when you sew. I had a bear of a time unscrewing mine for the first time from my Singer because the factory had it screwed in so tight.

Omg! Thank you for this video, my sewing machine started doing this last night and making the same sound yours was making. I FREAKED OUT! being so close to Christmas and projects up to my eyeballs, i had no clue what i would do. I am never able to find anything online that relates to my issue(s) for my singer patchwork machine. It's so frustrating 😢. I am going to try this remedy and hoping it corrects my problem. I am new to the sewing machine and have done pretty well so far....until this happened.... . Thank you again!! 😊

I want tell you thank you for your insights. For two weeks I have tried everything to stop the excessive thread build up along my seams, no repair shop is close, your suggestions were applied and now my machine is sewing great again. The one thing I did differently was a very thin layer of clear nail polish applied to any filed areas.

Hi, great video, I was wondering the dimensions of the quilting table, Brother never ever includes this info in their listings I've been looking at. One reviewer mentioned hers came with a 14" extension, while a different machine of theirs was 17" and it made a big difference. I am curious to do some quiltmaking as well as sketch / colour on fabric with thread, this machine in pariticular seemed to be geared towards that.

Hi Jackie, I have only had my Brother BQ2500 for 2 days. I’m having trouble threading the machine. In the thread uptake position (step 4), there is a plastic piece covering that grove and I cannot seem to move or work around… If you have any suggestions I’d love to hear them. (I could call my retailer, but it’s Sunday, so I’d have to delay a day if I cannot figure it out.) Thanks!

Hi Cindy try putting the presser foot in the up position and that should move the plastic piece out of the way

Hi Jackie. The two quilts look great. I really like the fabrics you used on the second quilt and the stitch you used for the quilting is a nice fun addition to the quilt. 30 minutes to do all of the binding on the second one is super fast compared to me. I think it would take me about 30 minutes to do one side. Guessing im slow when it comes to binding.

  • @midkata
