  I just got my XS MAX back glass replaced today and the person who did that didn't dissemble the handset and just directly removed it and place a glue and fix the new one and tie some rubber bands and asked me to remove them after 3 hours... I tried using it and just found that my phone is heating up a bit.... Can someone guide what's the main issue?

  Running these temps on the battery can permanently damage it. Much safer to take the long route and disassemble the entire phone before removing the back glass

  I almost broke a flex cable following this tutorial, only to find out afterwards, YOU BROKE SAID FLEX CABLE. It sits underneath the logicboard, be very careful with it, you WILL have to remove the battery prior to removing the logicboard on non european models.
