SPOILER In the books, Jeremiah cheats on belly (they were on pause with their relationship, but belly thought they weren’t and Jere thought they were), he cheats on her with a girl from his boy club trip. Then right after that he proposes to her, and belly accepts it, which I thought was a total bad move. But the day of the wedding Jeremiah disappears because belly told him that Conrad confessed to her last night, and he got mad, but she was just trying to be honest with him. Anyway, in the end she doesn’t pick Jeremiah. She marry’s Conrad a few years later. There are some other details that are probably important, but thats the summary. Book: We’ll always have summer. By: Jenny Han! Season 3 of the summer I turned pretty (which will be 11 episodes, is set to come out the summer of 2025!! ❤❤❤

Here what I think : Jere was here for every one in this show (Steven, belly, Conrad, sussanah ) but no one was here for him, not a single one (yes not even his mom who did not understand jere feeling for belly and who ship bonrad) was here for Jeremiah, always the second choice, the left one, the used one. So here me out I am team Jeremiah Fisher, no one deserve him, he is too golden heart for them. I used to think that I had similitudes with Conrad as the eldest daughter but I was wrong, I am more like jere. He is such a sweet heart, golden heart, green flag. OK SO I HAVE A LONG THOUGHTS ABOUT THESE TWO THAT I NEED TO EXPRESS. Edwin has been in love with Charles for years, without knowing it. he fell in love with his best friend who he has known for thirty years, a straight guy, who fell in love with a live psychic girl he met recently. Right? Yes and no. I don't think Charles is in love with Crystal. And I'm not saying it here, mind you, because I ship Charles and Edwin and so screw it Charles can't be with someone else ABSOLUTELY NOT. I think Crystal and Charles genuinely like each other, that they have a sense of mutual admiration, but I don't think they're in love. Let's be clear: like Edwin said, Charles doesn't like being dead. Let's focus on Charles' life/death: he was mistreated by his father, causing him to develop repressed anger and extreme anxiety about becoming like him. then he was mistreated and killed in a traumatic manner by his classmates, who destroyed him with stones in a river, killing him from hypothermia. Now, beyond her death, Charles didn't have a happy adolescence, he misses the life he never really had, and Crystal makes him feel like he has it. Also, Charles literally told Edwin how he thought he "loved Crystal so much because she looks like him." I don't know about you, but you don't usually fall in love with someone BECAUSE THEY LOOK LIKE YOUR BEST FRIEND. then we have to remember how Charles was jealous of Monty: his expressions, the way he was annoyed when he talked about astrology with Edwin. Finally, Charles didn't actually reject Edwin. I mean, yes but not really. Charles said of course he can't say he's in love with him, but on the other hand they haven't had time to think about it. Wonderfully actedd, showcasing that despite her being a queen she was a woman, a mother unconditionally loving and supporting the King's kids. The acceptance of her son, upon discovering his secret truly moved me, in a world where dog eats dog she didn't wish nothing but a period where people like her son would be accepted. I loved how independent and strong minded she stayed throughout the journey, I'm now reading the history of how south korea came to be and there were many times even the queens seized power for themselves or their families, I loved how she did not crave for that, also while acknowledging how the etiquette and Confucianism rules prevented her from protecting her deceased son in power struggle.
