I have a passion for collectibles. There are so many collectibles that have been tucked away for decades and I enjoy releasing them back out into the wild. We have a few businesses and one is an estate sale company. My wife does a great job setting them up and it's fun doing the sales. I see first hand where individuals passionately collect items and family members have no interest whatsoever when they pass away. But it helps release items back out into the wild where someone else can appreciate them. One of our other businesses involves buying and selling pokemon and sports cards. I enjoy buying card collections and grading them with PSA. I get enjoyment out of the grading process and it's less complicated selling the cards when they are graded versus raw. Then of course I branch off every once in a while and purchase a random storage unit or unique collection that forces me to learn new things. You only live once so I try to keep myself on my toes and have fun.

it's the trade card. worthless.. his true rookie is the #1 pick card
@@kennethgriffin7921 True...the #1 pick card is more valuable. Trade card still goes for $500 though, so not too bad.
Interested in selling the “Air” Jordan, Jordan Love 9, or one of the baseball Jordan 9’s?
I believe I just put the baseball Jordan on eBay yesterday
Hello! Very cool! I dont know much about these but look nice ! Hope you have a great day 😊
Thanks for visiting
The video starts with mostly trains from 1970 to about the year 2000. Stuff made from 1970-1985 tends to be valued on the cheap side (because they were produced on the cheap, so they tend to not be very desirable to collectors). Stuff made from 1986 forward has better value. Note: Lionel will print a date (year) on most of their train cars. It is usually the year that the car went into production. At about the 1:20 mark, you start mostly on what are called Post War trains (1946-1969). The remainder of the trains on top of the tables are mostly Post War too. Postwar trains can be valuable if in pristine condition because so few are. Postwar trains were subject to A LOT of variants, some of which can be valuable due to scarcity. Nothing I saw there stood out to me as a holy grail, but then again it was a general camera sweep from a distance, so that is not to say that there isn’t one.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and opinions. Much appreciated.
dope collection
Thanks for watching
"maybe a little paper loss.. a two" im laughing, cuz you have no idea what theyre lookin at! every card seemed spot on!
I'm good with modern but I'm terrible with grading vintage
Buy all My Devin Vassal
Have anything good?
Got a lot of raw. Never graded him. Rip a lot of 2020-21 basketball
As a guy who grades a lot of vintage with PSA, your cards were all appropriately graded.
Don't ever send vintage cards to PSA. They are the least consistent, take the most time, have horrible slabs, non-existent customer service, and can't tell altered cards from original. AVOID!
The Big O!!! Oscar Robinson!!!
95 percent of rc ozzies were oc shame elway might be 8 love those hammerin hanks nice justin v rc nice vintage cards
I'd love an 8 on the elway. Thanks for stopping by
Barrett is a sleeper too. Will be best scorer of the raptors next season (22-24 pts)
I may have a few of his cards. He's definitely under the radar at the moment.
I like this video because you got right to the topic without a lot of peripheral bull. I'm sorry they got so rough on so many grades. It's happened to me once or twice.
I hate when people put their fingers over the grade as if they are unveiling the Mona Lisa.
This is not creepy it used to be beautiful doll and now its just worn. 😭

This grading stuff seems like a racket.
How does anyone know that these grading company’s are not keeping your nice mint cards and are returning them back with replacement junk cards??
I just collect cards vintage and new. I don't worry about grading. My belief is if you get lucky at a yard or estate sale or flea market or grandparents inheritance and you find a perfect looking vintage card like a mantle or other hof that might be near mint to gem mint then get it graded only if you sell on the big auctions and make big Megabucks and not eBay. On eBay it's only the money the average Joe has in his pocket he can afford to pay at a discount for the card.
Hello! New here! I love videos like this!omg ,those Cabbage Patch Kids are worth a lot of money!! Also Pyrex is valuable.cSubbing, would love to have you as a subbie friend 🤗
Thanks for watching. I think you're the first person to like my estate sale videos so far. lol 😂. I watch videos showing people buying at sales so I wanted to give a perspective from the company doing the sales.
@@EMcDermott186 I love to see vintage things 😊
RIP to those who passed!

25 bucks?
Old old fishing gear is worthless
I've been collecting since the early 70's and, although there are some nice PC cards there, they look like they got the grade they deserved. The 79 Ozzie seems to always be OC. I have 4 of them from when I collected and all the centering seems to be like yours. I wouldn't bother to send them in. The Mantle card is nice and definitely a 1 with all the surface damage. The 68 Topps Mantle Playing Card is really OC but still a great card. Some of them are just nice to have in slabs for your personal collection but emotions can't get you better grades.
From everything I have seen, PSA destroys vintage cards, almost like they have a grudge against them. A lot of your cards look better than their grade at least on the eye appeal test.
Also for future reference, any card that is a PSA 4 that looks Near-Mint to Mint particularly with sharp corners usually means a crease or surface wrinkle somewhere.
The Staubach doesnt look like a miscut at first glance but per their definition, it does look like the back has the border of another card on the very right edge. Otherwise, I still dont see why it wasn't graded. Minimum Size Requirement means the card doesn't physically fall within the specifications they are supposed to be cut at which is the standard 2 1/2 x 3 1/2. They are two entirely different qualifiers.
That is a "diamond cut". PSA generally does not slab those.
@@cklimowicz Yeah, I missed the diamond cut. I actually just received two 75's that weren't slabbed that had a miscut label.I'll have to take a closer look.
Rubber worms with the box is like 20
Thanks
Thanks
The popper is like 10 bucks
Hope PSA doesn;t sour your son on the hobby. So sorry.
What a waste of money! They de-valued your cards.
Why do sheeple continue to use them? Do not support corrupt companies!
3:39 that’s the cleanest 2 I’ve ever seen
Paper loss on back.
The grades seem spot on.
