Everyone recommends the spectra! I don’t like my spectra 😕 I can’t stand the vibration, it feels like pin needles on my nipples. I want to run away! Does the lansinoh have a similar vibration? I watched the video it just wasn’t clear to me if they are similar on that “feature”? Thank you!

Paint Protection Film (PPF) is your best defense against chips. I want to see an Onyx or Limited Ascent [despite the CVT], VW Atlas/CrossSport in the garage to replace our CX-5...the Mrs. on the other hand wants a CX-70/90 [maybe a CX-50] or Pathfinder. I have a WRX and had a GTI so I am comfortable w/the Subaru and VW. We had a '04 Pathfinder, but Nissan has lost their way since then. Finally, the Mazdas seem fine and not overly big plus we are super happy w/our CX-5. Pilot/Passport/Ridgeline are not even on the radar....

🍼🍼🍼🍼 Hi Alia, I listened to the end. I usually listen to the end of all of your vids. Please tell me which wearable pump is your all time favorite. I need power, I like to feel the suction, I have elastic 17mm nipples, don’t care about the cost. I’ve tried the Momcozy Mobile, not a big fan yet, am waiting for my baby Buddha & have tried manual Philips avent & medela I’m tired of looking and researching 😂 I want a good wearable to go with my primary baby Buddha. I also ordered the Motif Duo am probably going to get the Pumpables Genie Advanced. Im only getting 1oz cumulative, I used to get 4oz- long story …..I’m in need of a good wearable though -any recommendations please??🙏🏽💛

Which Motif Luna is this? There’s an older model and a newer one. Also, between the orange Motif Duo and the older model Motif Luna- which one would be best for a primary pump with best suction and strength etc

I wish you had shown how to actually use the bracelet, because I'm not getting any vibration when I put it on. In fact, I'm not sure if I have to turn on my bluetooth on phone while wearing it. And do I need to plug it into the charger just to get the LED indicator to show on the bracelet just before wearing it. Why the non-dominant wrist, it is so uncomfy. Does it really matter? What if I am not getting 4 hours of sleep in the night, because I'm still BF my daughter so it will be four hours, but not altogether. These are the questions that Ava have not answered in their FAQ. I am in the UK, so have spent about £250 including taxes and fees getting it delivered here, as they don't ship to the UK. Thanks in advance.

She speaks so slowly that I eventually bumped this video up to 2x speed and I could still understand her. It makes me feel more confident about going with KeepsakeMom than a place in Australia, but I'm glad they made things right for her, even through such a process and length of time. Thanks for sharing your breast milk jewelry story

I had a botched epidural with my last labor. They had mentioned I might get a headache. What an understatement. Using the word headache doesn’t seem like a strong enough word to explain the excruciating pain. It’s like you’re hanging upside down under water with cymbals banging on each side of your head non stop. This pain was unbearable. I couldn’t sit up. Couldn’t open my eyes without pain. My head felt like a balloon that was filled to the max. I still had to nurse my newborn. I honestly have no idea how I was able to overcome that pain to do it. I did need a blood patch as well. That did help until 3 DPP. On the 3rd and 4th day it came back with a vengeance. I was told to drink water and caffeine. Due to nursing I usually don’t consume caffeine, but I tried it anyway. It honestly didn’t help. Nothing and I mean nothing takes that pain away but time. The hospital messed up with me as well, but tried to cover it up. Instead of keeping me longer in the hospital due to their negligence, they claimed my baby was sick. They said he had jaundice and a heart problem. He didn’t have either, but it was a way that they could make us stay in the hospital longer. I never sued either. That’s not how I was raised. I ended up being ok and so was my newborn. I was already done having babies but that experience solidified it. This is a hospital that I trusted with my life and my child’s life. I have not, nor will I ever step foot in that place again. I’m sorry you went through that. Only those that have went through it can truly understand the amount of pure agony you were in.

Definitely ask to have that 5k bill erased because it was an unnecessary procedure brought on by their other doctor’s negligence. Let them know that you know this should be a malpractice suit. My parents got out of an ER bill for similar reasons.

I’ve stopped checking KZread except for your page, I’ve been waiting for an update! I’m so sorry you’ve gone through all of this medical crap. In January after 3 months of Matt being sick, he went to the hospital with a plethora of things wrong. 3 days in the hospital with 2 Er visits racked up 80k in bills. We have good insurance and have been lucky to not tap into our HSA too much but it’s a reminder what people without our privilege go through everyday. Also, I’m quiet on IG but thank you for using your platforms for good ❤

Sorry, to hear what you've been through! I've been put through a lot with dr's in the past too. I would call medical billing department of the hospital you were at and contest paying for the $5,000 payment on the procedure they did. I did this once when I asked for a thyroid blood test and the dr decided to test me for Lyme's disease. That test was several thousand dollars! It ended up that it was my thyroid making me ill. So, the Lyme's test wasn't my idea, and was unnecessary. The billing department erased my bill completely! Totally worth a try to give them a call and see. You didn't need the procedure they did to you and it was completely unnecessary. Especially, since you were sick because of a dr's mistake. Also, I have learned that high doses of vitamin D and an omega 3 supplement can greatly reduce inflammation through your entire body; so maybe try that for the optic nerve. Turmeric supplements work too. Hope you feel better soon!
