Great John-you held that together really well , hard to stay focused . Honestly, most people would be too timid to comment but the person who belongs to that image of a woman with the lips and overly large glasses is real distraction

Dear All You have a piece of rotten meat in your prestigous CQUniversity. Prof. Hendrik Halim , the Associate Vice-Chancellor for South East Asia at CQUniversity, born 15-07-1971 in medan, indonesia, is the founder of kingsford education in Singapore, conducting Psychology courses for New Zealand Open Polytechnic. In 2003, he vacated the office together with the students' course fees and the money he borrowed and "went" to Australia to start a new life. The students were left high and dry. One of the students paid for the whole course and did not get to attend a single lecture. He also cooked up an education scam and swindled thousands of dollars.. JUST WATCH OUT! WHATEVER HE IS HANDLING ESPECIALLY INVOLVING MONEY!! Please do an investigation before approaching him. He is a disgrace to the education system.

I am not a law degree student and do not have much knowledge about law and what or how a lawyer does in the legal practice. I do find David explains quite well on what general a lawyer does and also the emphasis he places on “legal position” & interpretation of legislations. I think that emphasis or principle should be also applicable to the interpretations of case law. I was following Dr. Anthony Marinac’s channel & he also provides very good explanations on the history of common law system or how the system was developed over hundreds years ( according to Dr. Marinac, about 600years), and how the early day legal practitioners used to write case notes and published those notes, and I think those notes also help other practitioners learned about the case law. Late 19th century, those cases started to be published by courts in Great Britain and also those British colonies and thankful the invention of Internet, we now can access some of the published cases via Internet. I think legal research is also important as David mentioned law changes and we need to have sources for getting to know what has been changed and that may affect how we should interpret legislations, according to evolving case law.
